Toddlers Locked in Their Bedroom on 'America's Supernanny' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Dec 7th 2011 6:00AM
'America's Supernanny''America's Supernanny' (Tue., 9PM ET on Lifetime) Deborah Tillman stepped into a world of craziness when she visited Mandy and Amy, along with their six children. With two-and-a-half year old quadruplets, it's all the couple can do to maintain any sort of order in the household.

But there were a few things that were absolutely shocking to Tillman, though Mandy had a justification for just about every one of them. First, Tillman was more than disturbed to see Mandy allowing the children to eat chips that had fallen on the floor after she had swept them into a pile.

Lifetime Introduces Us to 'America's Supernanny' Deborah Tillman (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Nov 30th 2011 3:30AM
'America's Supernanny'When Jo Frost's 'Supernanny' ended, you might have thought there'd be no more parenting advice on television. Even though Frost isn't happy about it, Lifetime nevertheless introduced us to Deborah Tillman, dubbing her 'America's Supernanny' (Tue., 9PM ET on Lifetime), and she's got techniques that have been proven to work for her and the people she's helped.

One of those is the Calm Down Corner, which we saw implemented first-hand with a young child. It's a matter of consistency and patience, which this father learned first-hand. By the time Tate exhausted himself trying to leave the Calm Down Corner -- after 106 escape attempts -- Dad was literally drenched with sweat.

'Supernanny' Jo Frost on Her TV Replacement: 'I Am Not At All Happy'

by Catherine Lawson, posted Nov 28th 2011 5:45AM
A year ago we heard the news that 'Supernanny' Jo Frost had quit her successful ABC television show to get married and have children of her own. Now, just as 'Supernanny' production company Shed Media is about to launch 'America's Supernanny' on Lifetime, Frost's come out swinging and denies that was ever her plan.

She says that not only was the story about her starting a family totally invented by Shed Media, but that their new 'Supernanny,' Deborah Tillman, doesn't have the right credentials for the job.

Frost told 'The Daily Mail' that "I decided to leave after season seven, earlier this year. But then they [Shed Media] made up this story that I was running off to get married and have children. I am not at all happy. I feel like I worked really hard to get where I am. I am Supernanny. That's me. I only know that Deborah Tillman is an accountant and a businesswoman. She has never been a nanny."

The Judges Declare the Winner of 'Project Runway' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Oct 28th 2011 12:45AM
'Project Runway' finaleIt was down to four designers for the finale of 'Project Runway' (Thu., 9PM ET on Lifetime), and they had to impress four actual professionals on the dais, as costume designer L'Wren Scott joined the usual trio. This meant four expert opinions -- as opposed to three plus a token celebrity.

Once again, it looks like Anya is living by the motto: Why do now what you can put off until the last possible minute? And yet, she always manages to have something to show, and her looks usually go over well with the judges.

Molly Sims Talks Hosting 'Project Accessory': 'I'm Southern Tough'

by Maggie Furlong, posted Oct 27th 2011 11:00AM
Are Molly Sims and Heidi KlumMolly Sims, 'Project Accessory' competing for total world model domination? Hear me out: They were born just days apart, both got their start modeling, both own their own jewelry lines and now Sims is hosting the spin-off to Klum's baby, 'Project Runway,' titled 'Project Accessory' (premieres Thurs., Oct. 27, 10:30PM ET on Lifetime).

"No!" Sims said with a laugh, although she didn't deny their eerily similar careers. The biggest difference? Sims hasn't hosted a show since her days on MTV's 'House of Style' back in 2000.

"Listen, this was the first time I was actually nervous in a really long time," Sims admitted. "I'll never give up acting -- I just did an episode of 'Royal Pains' -- but after being on a drama ['Las Vegas'] for five years, I needed a break. Mama needed to find a husband!"

Sims, who's still buzzing from her September wedding -- "I'm so happy ... he's been a good husband for four weeks and a day!" -- is also crazy busy doing press for the show and her new lifestyle Web site, MollySims.com, also launching today.

Rebecca Romijn stopped by 'The Talk' (weekdays, syndicated on CBS) to discuss her upcoming Lifetime movie 'Possessing Piper Rose.' In the movie, a girl's mother hangs herself in prison and her ghost comes back to bring her daughter over to the other side. Romijn's character Joanna Maxwell and her husband adopt the girl and then "have to deal with this dead ghost mother."

Staying on the theme of the film, Romijn chatted with 'The Talk' ladies about the possible existence of ghosts. Julie Chen, who confessed earlier in the show that she does believe in them, asked Romijn if she shared her phobia. "I can be convinced either way," she admitted. Zoe Saldana Seems Right at Home Judging 'Project Runway' (VIDEO)

Zoe Saldana, 'Project Runway'Zoe Saldana proved herself more than just a gimmicky celebrity as a guest judge for the final challenge on this week's 'Project Runway' (Thu., 9PM ET on Lifetime). She had astute criticisms that were both perfectly explained and completely justified.

If she wasn't doing pretty well with this whole acting thing, she'd certainly fit in quite well as a regular panelist on the show. She pulled no punches in cutting down the fashions she didn't like, helping push Kimberly and Laura into the bottom two.

Disaster as Kimberly Burns a Hole in Her Dress on 'Project Runway' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Oct 7th 2011 3:15AM
'Project Runway'It was quite possibly one of the worst scenarios imaginable when, in a fit of frustration, Kimberly threw her dress down accidentally on a hot glue gun on 'Project Runway' (Thu., 9PM ET on Lifetime). The dress was ruined, leaving her no choice but to buckle down and start again, which she did.

Even more surprisingly, the dress impressed the judges, who not only applauded what she completed in only three hours, but ranked it among the top three styles of the challenge. Perhaps Tim Gunn should walk around with a hot glue gun and randomly destroy designs on a weekly basis to challenge the designers even more.
