Who Do You Think You Are?, Lisa KudrowOn 'Who Do You Think You Are?' (Fri., 8PM ET on NBC), Lisa Kudrow traveled to Poland and visited the mass grave site of her great-grandmother. It proved to be an emotional journey for Kudrow, but one she's glad to have taken.

"These people were no threat, they were nothing," said Kudrow. "It's just the ravings of a madman who decided that Jews didn't fit into the way he saw the human race."

Lisa Kudrow on Her Preteen Son Being a Flirt (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Mar 19th 2010 4:00PM
Children are indeed a blessing, but having a preteen who enjoys hitting on older women probably isn't something that parents wish for. Such is the case with Lisa Kudrow's 11-year-old son Julian, who regularly flirts with women much older than him, she said on 'The Bonnie Hunt Show' (weekdays, syndicated).

"He ... is really flirty with women, not girls," Kudrow said. "He really loves them up. We have an intern who works with us who went to Vassar ... And he said, 'Oh, you went to Vassar. So, I guess, are there a lot of hot chicks at Vassar?'"

Kids in the Hall: Death Comes to Town - Tuesday March 16, 9 pm, CBC

True story: When I was in high school, I was lucky enough to be invited on a date by the new guy at school. His dad worked with CBC and our date was to be a live taping of the original 'Kids in the Hall' sketch show. My date treated me to a large soda before the show and once seated, we discovered we were not allowed to get up again until taping concluded. Long story short: I peed my pants I laughed so hard. Needless to say, I didn't get a second date. Having the Kids back on TV has been a blast, and hopefully this final episode of 'Death Comes to Town' isn't the last time we'll see them reunited.

Lisa Kudrow Answers the Question: Who Do You Think You Are?

by Nick Zaino, posted Mar 4th 2010 2:03PM
Lisa Kudrow Who Do You Think You Are?You might say genealogical research runs in Lisa Kudrow's family. Long before the former 'Friends' star decided to bring the British TV show 'Who Do You Think You Are?' to American television, her father had already written a family tree that Kudrow says takes up roughly 46 pages.

Kudrow saw the long-running original show, which investigates the family history and genealogy of celebrities, when visiting Ireland, and decided to bring it to American audiences. The only question was, would she tell her own story on the show?

Not Just 'Friends' Anymore: Ranking the Cast's Post-Show Careers

by Michael D. Ayers, posted Jan 13th 2010 1:15PM
Could it be a better day for fans of 'Friends'?

According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC has greenlit the new comedy series 'Mr. Sunshine,' starring Chandler Bing himself, Matthew Perry.

The single-camera show was conceived and written by Perry, alongside Alex Barnow and Marc Firek, who together worked on shows like ''Til Death' and 'Family Guy.'

The show centers around a 40-year-old San Diegan having a mid-life crisis. Perry joins 'Friends' alum Courteney Cox on the newtork, whose show, 'Cougar Town,' was recently renewed for a second season.

With news of another 'Friend' potentially making their way back into our primetime lives, we thought about the different career trajectories that each cast member has experienced since the show ended in 2004. In lieu of anything scientific, here's our rankings of how they've fared over the years.

On 'Cougar Town,' Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox reunited to share the small screen for the first time since the 'Friends' finale in 2004. But, Kudrow's new role was a far cry from that of loveable Phoebe on the iconic sitcom.

Kudrow played acid-tongued Dr. Evans, a cruel dermatologist who belittles her patients and ultimately makes time with Jules' ex-husband Bobby.

Review: Cougar Town - Rhino Skin

by Joel Keller, posted Jan 7th 2010 10:24AM
Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox in Cougar Town : Rhino Skin(S01E11) I have to open this review by saying I've never been a big fan of Lisa Kudrow's work. Phoebe, for the most part, was my least favorite character on Friends, and Kudrow always struck me as the kind of actor who plays one role really well, then just plays variations on that role for the rest of his or her career. When you like that signature character, you're fine with it. But when you don't, it just becomes grating.

Any role I've seen Kudrow in just reminds me of Phoebe, and the role she played last night, as mean skin doc Amy Evans, just felt like Phoebe when she was in one of her bad moods. So the overhyped Friends-reunion part of the episode didn't do much for me, for a lot of reasons. But the rest of the episode was just more evidence that this is quickly becoming one of the best ensembles on TV.

Lisa Kudrow Talks 'Cougar Town,' Botox and 'Web Therapy'

by Michael D. Ayers, posted Jan 6th 2010 9:00AM
Best known as ditzy blonde Phoebe Buffay on seminal sitcom 'Friends,' Lisa Kudrow has continued her post-'Friends' career not only in popular films ('P.S. I Love You,' 'Powder Blue') but also taking on production and development roles, first with the short-lived HBO show 'The Comeback' and now with an online series called 'Web Therapy.'

Kudrow pulled in her old friend Courteney Cox for a guest spot on 'Web Therapy' and now she's returning the favor by appearing on 'Cougar Town' this week. Kudrow plays Dr. Amy Evans, a dermatologist who gives Jules Cobb a hard time about her decision to try and look younger.

Inside TV talked to Kudrow about 'Web Therapy,' producing shows and working with her 'Friend' again.

Sneak Peek: Lisa Kudrow on 'Cougar Town' (VIDEO)

by Jane Murphy, posted Dec 18th 2009 2:24PM
Lisa Kudrow Cougar TownGet ready for a mini-'Friends' reunion in 2010 when Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox go head-to-head on the Jan. 6 episode of ABC's 'Cougar Town.'

Kudrow won't appear as a fellow-fortysomething mommy with twentysomething needs; rather, she'll play Dr. Evans, the busiest -- and scariest -- dermatologist in town. Botox is her game and her bedside manner is non-existent. As seen in this preview clip, Ellie (Christa Miller) and Jules (Cox) have to pep talk their way out of the waiting room and into Dr. Evans' lair (her manner is that much more unpleasant than a needle to a worry line, apparently).

More on Lisa Kudrow's appearance on Cougar Town

by Brad Trechak, posted Dec 5th 2009 9:30AM
Cougar TownIt was bound to happen. We even wrote about it this past July. While a reunion show probably won't happen, it's always news when two cast members from the former hit sitcom Friends appear on screen together. In this case, it's Lisa Kudrow who will be guest-starring on Courteney Cox's sitcom, Cougar Town.

Of course, as a twist, they will not be friends in Kudrow's visit, but rather enemies. Kudrow plays a dermatologist that Cox's character goes to see. Will this be any different than Jennifer Aniston's appearance on Dirt playing a rival of Courteney Cox on that show?
