Daniel Dae Kim Talks Family, the Big Finale & Favorite 'Lost' Couple

by Maggie Furlong, posted May 4th 2010 4:30PM
Daniel Dae Kim, 'Lost'Let's get this out of the way: 'Lost' star Daniel Dae Kim is beyond charming.

When I chatted with him about the big (albeit abbreviated) Jin and Sun reunion and the cult favorite show's final five hours on TV, he was cracking jokes, waxing sentimental and not too impressed with the Nick Jonas tunes he had to listen to while ABC connected our call. "That might be the new century's equivalent to elevator music," he said with a laugh ... and that was the first laugh of many.

Keep reading to get DDK's initiation into the tease club, what episode he thinks will be most interesting to watch after the finale and his interesting choice for favorite 'Lost' couple. We also talk about all that shirtlessness, the show he'd love to guest star on and more.

EXCLUSIVE 'Lost' Collector's Vintage Prints of Final Six Candidates

by Maggie Furlong, posted Apr 28th 2010 3:30PM
There are only five hours remaining in one of the greatest TV sagas in history, and fan consumption of all things 'Lost' has reached an all-time high.
To feed the need -- because, believe me, we have it too -- ABC has given us the exclusive sneak peek at their new vintage portraits from the 'Lost' pilot gallery. Titled "The Candidate Collection," the retro images of the Island's remaining six candidates will be sold as 11"x14" custom prints on fine art, museum quality rag photo paper with deckled edges.

Besides being gorgeous shots of Jack, Sawyer, Hurley, Sayid, Jin and Sun, there will also be a hidden Easter egg in each print (in typical 'Lost' fashion), making these true collector's items.

Each print costs $49.99, or you can buy the complete collection of six for $249.99. Set your reminders now: The prints will go on sale Thursday, April 29 at 9AM PT at www.officialLostphotos.com ... and we don't expect them to last long.

Drumroll please ...

This week, Megan Masters (@MegMasters) of E! There was electromagnetic stuff, an underwater revelation, an epic search for love and some very satisfying run-ins with bruthas (and sistahs) that we'll be seeing Des with again very soon.

What to Watch: March 22 - 28

Cougar Town
- Wednesday March 24, 9:30 pm, Citytv/ABC

Sheryl Crow guest stars as a wine rep who sets her sights on Grayson. A wine rep, for those who aren't sure, is someone who lubricates the sales of wine to restaurants, bars, hotels, etc. It usually involves charm, some wine knowledge and an ability to hold one's liquor. They have so absolutely nailed the general feeling of the show with this choice of occupation that I think they should start over with the show and call it 'The Wine Reps' and make Jules and Ellie wine reps too. In all other ways the plot would remain the same - and the characters would drag a bottle of merlot around with them in every scene.

'Lost' Star Emilie de Ravin On Claire's Hair, Furry Friends and Island Enemies

by Maggie Furlong, posted Feb 23rd 2010 9:00AM
If the end of the third episode of this season of 'Lost,' titled 'What Kate Does,' made your jaw drop a little, you're not alone.

Just the sight of Claire Littleton -- our long lost 'Lost' friend -- was enough to inspire cheers. But Claire with a rifle, some old fatigues and seriously ratted out hair? Yikes.

I caught up with Emilie de Ravin on the set of 'Lost' in Oahu to find out how Claire is doing, mentally, this season on the Island. She also spilled a bit about her new furry friend, her old deceptive friend Locke (who we now know lovingly as Smocke) and the incestuous, Drive Shaft-filled twists and turns to come before the end.

Hey -- anything's possible on this show, right?

Daniel Dae Kim & Emilie de Ravin Talk 'Lost' Props Worth Stealing, New Beginnings & More - VIDEO

by Maggie Furlong, posted Feb 2nd 2010 7:00PM
Jin and Claire might seem like an odd 'Lost' pairing, but if you think about it, they've both disappeared for episodes at a time, and both have felt love and loss on the show. I'm not reading any more into it ... or should I?

But in an interview together, Daniel Dae Kim and Emilie de Ravin are quite coy about the final season of the show. Emilie describes Claire's return to the show as a "weird welcome back" but admits she's "having a lot of fun with the new Claire." Daniel is not as forthcoming: "I think Jin is alive at the start of season 6 -- that I can tell you."

Watch our full video interview with them before the season premiere (Tues., Feb. 2, 9PM ET on ABC) to hear a little more about their favorite moments, the reunion they'd both enjoy seeing and the dirty baby dolls and airplane parts they'd like to steal from the set.

Jorge Garcia Previews the Big 'Lost' Final Season Premiere & More - VIDEO

by Maggie Furlong, posted Feb 2nd 2010 6:30PM
Jorge Garcia is a man of few words, but he definitely has some interesting thoughts about season 6 of 'Lost.'

So was he shocked, confused or excited when reading the 2-hour premiere script? "Page 1 definitely felt about right," he teases. "As I kept reading it, there was definitely some stuff that I was like going, 'What?! Wait ... hold on.' The stuff that they introduce in that first episode ... it's great. You come off of blowing up a bomb, and it's like, all bets are off."

Not excited yet? Watch our full video interview before tonight's premiere (Tues., Feb. 2, 9PM ET on ABC) to hear more about the big changes for this final season, his fond island memories and Hurley finally finding happiness.

Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn Talk Being Indestructible & the Ben-Locke Bromance on 'Lost' - VIDEO

by Maggie Furlong, posted Feb 2nd 2010 6:00PM
Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn together in one interview? It's enough to make a 'Lost' fan weak in the knees.

The duo settled in to talk all about the drama to come in season 6, and some lingering questions about John Locke not being John Locke, and what he might really be. "Did you know you were not John Locke before I knew you were not John Locke?," Emerson asks with a coy smile. These two have honed their back-and-forths to near banter perfection.

They also laugh at the idea that Blocke fans have labeled them TV's greatest bromance. "As a bromance?," O'Quinn scoffs. "We've had good stuff to do together -- they've written great stuff for us to play together."

See all the amazingness right here, before the final season of 'Lost' premieres tonight (Tues., Feb. 2, 9PM ET on ABC).

Josh Holloway and Evangeline Lilly Talk 'Lost' Questions & Cage Orgies - VIDEO

by Maggie Furlong, posted Feb 2nd 2010 5:00PM
Skaters, get ready -- this might just be the most adorable, silliest, most sexually-charged interview Josh Holloway and Evangeline Lilly have ever done together.

In preparation for tonight's big 'Lost' final season premiere (Tues., Feb. 2, 9PM ET on ABC), I got the hilarious stars to dish about finally getting answers. "There've been so many questions that are answered," Evangeline admits, "but I'm still standing back and waiting to figure out how this is all gonna wrap up."

Josh is just as much in the dark -- "We're in the trenches, girl! -- but he does talk about one big thing that's happened: "All I know is, first episode I hit Evie with a pipe." And, yes, Evangeline's got the scar to prove it.

Watch our full video interview to hear more about the last season of 'Lost,' the stars' fondest memories, tension in the love quadrangle and their hot, steamy idea for the series finale.

What to Watch: February 2

'Lost' (9PM, ABC) season 6 premiere
So many questions to be answered as the show, one of the greatest watercooler series of all time, kicks off its final season. We pick up with the island-dwellers just after the bomb detonation from last season's finale. Who's alive? Did Juliet survive the blast? Why and how is Claire back on our TV screens? Yep, the bomb fallout is a doozy, as it appears to be not so much a matter of how or where Sawyer, Juliet, Jack, Kate, Locke and the gang are, but rather when they are ... yeah, we know, you get one answer and 20 more questions pop up. Man, we love this show.

So whose eye was that on Lost anyway?

by Bob Sassone, posted May 20th 2009 5:49PM
Lost eye

One of the major topics of discussion regarding the Lost season finale is the last shot of an eye opening suddenly in the quick teaser for the final season. A lot of people think it's Juliet's eye, but some fans have done an analysis and say it's actually ... Jack's!

You can see the teaser again at the link above.
