Marjoe's Special Relationship With Her Dog on 'Neighbors From Hell' (VIDEO)
by Chris Harnick, posted Jun 8th 2010 10:00AM
After being sent to Earth to stop an oil drill from reaching hell, the Hellman must interact with suburban neighbors on 'Neighbors From Hell' (Mon., 10PM ET on TBS).The family meets Marjoe Saint Sparks and right up front she clues them in on her inappropriate relationship with her poodle. Balthazor introduces goblin/dog Pazuzu as his soulmate and Marjoe takes that as a cue to reveal her, um, special relationship.
You see, after the 'Late Late Show,' Champers the poodle becomes Marjoe's make-out buddy. Yup, it's gross even though it's a cartoon.
And you thought your neighbors were crazy.
Molly Shannon Talks 'Neighbors From Hell,' 'Glee' and Betty White
by Chris Harnick, posted Jun 3rd 2010 5:00PM
You may think it, but your neighbors probably aren't from hell, unless of course, they're the Hellmans from TBS's new animated series 'Neighbors From Hell' (Mon. Jun 7 at 10PM ET).What happens when a company, Petromundo, makes an oil drill that is capable of entering the center of the earth? Well, if you're Satan, you step in to do something about it by sending demons Balthazor (voiced by Will Sasso) and Tina Hellman (Molly Shannon) along with their kids to pose as a Texan family and figure out a way to stop the drill.
Molly Shannon, fresh off a 'Saturday Night Live' reunion show hosted by Betty White and verbal sparring with Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) on 'Glee,' shared her thoughts those two projects, the new series and its timely nature given the BP oil spill and what Mary Katherine Gallagher really means to her.
Hey, TNT and TBS have new shows coming too
by Bob Sassone, posted May 21st 2009 3:25PM
With all this news from ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and The CW about their new fall schedules, we can't forget what's happening on cable. TNT and TBS have announced some new shows of their own. Some might say that these shows are even more promising than what the other networks have to offer this fall. In fact, one of them has me more excited than Richard Simmons in a tank top factory.Besides returning shows like The Closer (June 8), Raising The Bar (June 8), Saving Grace (June 16), and Leverage (July 15), TNT also has the following new shows.
