Veronica Mars: Un-American Graffiti
by Keith McDuffee, posted May 1st 2007 10:55PM

(S03E16) First of all, I have to come out and say that I feel like an ass for not reminding readers of TV Squad that Veronica Mars was returning tonight. Unfortunately since my cable network doesn't carry The CW in HD, and since I don't watch anything else on the channel, I felt like the show's return came with very little fanfare.
The return of the show marks the beginning of the new mini-mystery-only format, though I think I can already see where they're going with things to keep fans of longer plots interested. While we didn't get the beginnings of a five-episode mystery arc, we did get a few nuggets thrown in that will more than likely last through to the season finale.
Rob Thomas on Veronica Mars Season 3
by Brett Love, posted Sep 29th 2006 7:30PM
It's down to just days until Veronica Mars is back solving mysteries and foiling bad guys. Unless you already watched the first episode online. Then you have a good eleven days to wait for more Neptune action. Either way, to quell your Veronica jones, have a gander at this interview with the show's creator, Rob Thomas, over at the TV addict. Thomas talks about the new timeslot, the new lead-in, and why things are better being on the CW. They also talk about the change in format with season three being split into three separate arcs, as opposed to the season long plots the first two years. If you are trying to remain spoiler free, be warned. There are some minor spoilers toward the end of the article. Nothing earth shattering, just references to something you can expect to see in the first episode.
And if that isn't enough to get you to go read, let me remind you that this is the guy behind Cupid. Cupid! Good grief, what's it gonna take to get that thing released on DVD?
