It's going to be sweaty and dirty, but oh-so-great-smelling later today when the old and new 'Old Spice' guys go at each other in the bathroom.

That's right: Isaiah Mustafa has accepted his successor Fabio's challenge to a duel. The two hunks, tongues squarely in cheeks, will face off at 12PM ET Tuesday, in the online showdown billed as "Mano a Mano in El Baño."

Fabio issued the challenge yesterday with the aid of two comedy duelling pistols and Mustafa quickly accepted, ridiculing his opponent's tactics: "A real man would have challenged me to a duel with a left-to-right slap across the face."

Isaiah Mustafa (aka the 'Old Spice Guy') has had a ridiculous amount of success stemming from one commercial. Of course he went on to make more of his 'The Man Your Man Could Smell Like' ads, but none struck a note in the market more than the first.

It didn't stop there. He took on the Old Spice role because he was looking for a way into the industry, and boy, did he get it. Since the ads' soaring popularity, Mustafa has appeared in several TV shows ('Ugly Betty,' 'Eli Stone,' 'NCIS,' 'Days of Our Lives' among them) and even has a role in the upcoming movie 'Horrible Bosses.'

AOL TV caught up with Mustafa at a stopover in Toronto, and he was -- where else -- on a tall ship filled with beautiful women and very tasty food. He talked about his favorite TV shows, what he thinks about all his success and how he handles this whole 'sex symbol' thing.

The 'Funniest Commercials of the Year: 2010' (Thu., 10PM ET on TBS) was appropriately hosted by the most (in)famous commercial star of the year -- Isaiah Mustafa, the "Old Spice guy." He's the tongue-in-cheek suave "man your man could smell like." But another manly man dropped by to challenge Mustafa's manliness. (Or was it a contest of who could be the most over-the-top?) David Hasselhoff argued, "I make fans melt." Mustafa countered, "But I make the ladies melt."

The Hoff: "I'm a TV star, a movie star and a rock star."
Mustafa: "So am I."
The Hoff: "You're not a rock star!"
Mustafa: "But I smell like a rock star."

'Sesame Street' has been on a spoofing roll, first with that 'True Mud' video and now a parody of the Old Spice guy commercials.

Old Spice Guy Isaiah Mustafa became a viral marketing sensation thanks to hilarious ads featuring him on a horse, balancing on a log in a lake and asking, "So ladies, should your man smell like an Old Spice man?"

In 'Sesame Street's' spoof, Grover sports a towel and declares that "anything is possible when you smell like a monster." And instead of the whole "I'm on a horse" bit, well, he does his own Grover-y version.

After several failures and admittedly "dumb luck," Isaiah Mustafa (aka Old Spice Guy) has finally found his destiny: acting. On 'The Tonight Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC), Mustafa gave us a rundown of his career path so far: a junior-college football scholarship (after not playing the sport in high school), the NFL (sort of), a failed restaurant, the 'Weakest Link,' the infamous Old Spice commercials, and now (next year) 'Horrible Bosses' with Jennifer Aniston.

Mustafa said, "Show business is easy because you never see who cuts you ... but in the NFL they sit there with you," list off your weaknesses, then "send you on your way with a box of your equipment."

After that, he tried running a restaurant in Melrose: It closed within six months. Then, explained Mustafa, "I do what every broke guy does -- I go on a game show." And the rest is history.

"I'm on a horse." If you don't recognize these words, then maybe you haven't seen the now famous 'Old Spice' ad starring Isaiah Mustafa. Two weeks ago, 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' (weekdays, syndicated) featured a video made by Christian Lee that was a reenactment of the iconic ad. Now, the 11-year-old Lee appears on the show to do a live performance of the commercial ... with a little professional help.

One of the most annoying commercials right now is the 'Old Spice' ad with the guy who ends up on the horse with Old Spice rising out of his hand like, well, we won't say what. The guy looks nice, but you just want to slap him.

Isaiah Mustafa stopped by the 'The Early Show' (weekdays, 7AM ET on CBS) to talk about his fast launch to fame. He said the winning combo was when he read the lines "like a magician."

Harry Smith called it "the Adam West voice." We call it ripe for a 'Saturday Night Live' parody.
