Shelunda Cooper, 'Police Women of Broward County'Officer Shelunda Cooper and her partner had their hands full with a drunk woman on 'Police Women of Broward County' (Thu., 9PM ET on TLC). While she was a complete disaster trying to walk, she wasn't much better when she was sitting still.

When they first encountered here, the woman was "talking to herself and playing with her breasts," Cooper explained. "This woman was a complete disaster."

She attempted to walk off, but after ten feet she took a header into the ground. On a second chance, she made it a little further down the sidewalk before collapsing again. But this time, she decided to take care of some business while she was down there.

police women It was a gruesome sight on 'Police Women of Broward County' (Thu., 9PM ET on TLC) when some stolen cash enraged a man to the point of crashing his bare foot through a glass table.

"I've been on several homicide scenes, and I've never seen this much blood in my career," the officer said as she spied a long trail of blood from the man's self-inflicted wound.

And what inspired such an angry, bloody outburst? $55! According to Captain Cool here, someone stole $55 from his home, and he was so "pissed" that he just had to break something. That something ended up being a glass table. Which he broke with his bare foot ...

'Police Women of Broward County'A teenager learned the hard way about smarting off to the law on 'Police Women of Broward County' (Thu., 9PM ET on TLC). When they arrived to break up a teen party with illegal drinking, most of the kids scattered to the winds. But not this one.

"Get the f*** outta here!" he shouted to the officers. "Who the f*** are you?"

Then suddenly he was getting cuffed, and it was all, "I'm fine ... leaving the party now." Sorry son, too late for that now.

It was a harsh lesson about respecting authority that this kid obviously needed to learn the hard way. Even after he was getting arrested, he continued to mouth off and even tried to kick out the patrol car's window.

Bicyle Ninja and Det. Julie BowerDet. Julie Bower has seen a lot of things in her many years of police work, but a cyclist who thinks his martial arts skills will save him from being injured by a car was a new one on her.

On 'Police Women of Broward County' (Thu., 9PM ET on Lifetime) Det. Brower pulled over a guy riding his bicycle down the middle of the highway after he ran a red light. Not only that, he was also riding one-handed as he was busy talking on his cell phone.

The laidback cyclist seemed unconcerned by the danger he was creating for himself and other road users, and bragged "I normally go about 20 miles an hour on this ... 'cause I'm really athletic."

When Det. Bower warned him that drivers might not see him coming, and could hit him, he just shrugged and offered a bizarre explanation of why that's not a problem for him. "Well ... I do karate a lot. If anything happens I can just jump off the bike."

'Police Women of Broward County'Being a police officer means going into unknown and often scary situations all the time. When that call comes in from dispatch, you never know what you could be walking into. It can be a pretty tense moment. Other times, like here on 'Police Women of Broward County' (Thu., 9PM ET on TLC), you can't help but laugh.

"Complainant says there's a squirrel in the back bedroom and she wants somebody to help her get it out."

When the office arrived on the scene, the woman at the apartment explained that she'd already lured one out of the apartment by lining up peanuts from the bedroom out the front door like something you'd see in a 'Looney Tunes' cartoon.
