Cameron Diaz Tells Jimmy Kimmel, 'I Love Porn!' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Feb 23rd 2011 3:59AM
Cameron Diaz, 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'If you're worried about what kinds of questions you might get on a talk show, do what Cameron Diaz did on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC). Just say, "I love porn!"

"I'm gonna get rid of the other questions," Jimmy Kimmel said. "Let's just focus on that."

Diaz did seem to know what she was talking about as she applauded the hotel industry for their discretion when it comes to watching pornography while traveling. "I love that they always give you that little thing at the bottom: 'Your room will be charged the same as any other room. No titles will be used'."

Whitney Cummings on Porn, Stripping, and Relationships (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Aug 23rd 2010 4:37AM
Whitney Cummings on Porn, Stripping, and RelationshipsWhitney Cummings had her first one-hour special on TV the other night (Sat., 11:30PM ET on Comedy Central). This was kind of a big deal. Apparently, only about eight women ever have been given their own stand-up comedy hours on television. That's a little sexist, but hey -- Whitney took full advantage of her slot, and attempted to balance out the battle of the sexes.

On 'Whitney Cummings: Money Shot,' the comedienne discussed many important topics: including porn, stripping, and dating. Here are some of her observations:

Mark Wahlberg and HBO Working On 'Sprawling Epic' About Porn Industry

by Audrey Fine, posted Aug 19th 2010 1:00PM
Mark WahlbergPorn has been good to Mark Wahlberg. After all, it was 1997's 'Boogie Nights' -- a look inside the adult entertainment industry of the '70s -- that propelled him from Marky Mark/Funky Bunch fame to full-on A-list actor status. (And let's not forget those infamous Calvin Klein underwear billboards which, while not strictly pornographic, were certainly hot.)

Now, some 13 years after his star turn as the well-endowed Dirk Diggler, Wahlberg, who's currently starring in the hit movie 'The Other Guys,' and his exec producing partner, Stephen Levinson, are working to develop an hourlong series on the porn industry.

According to the New York Post, the team is in talks with HBO -- home to their other shows, 'Entourage' and the upcoming 'Boardwalk Empire' -- about airing the series, the pilot of which will be written by controversial scribe James Frey -- he of 'A Million Little Pieces' fame.

There's a Porn Version of 'Reno 911!' ... for Some Reason (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Jul 27th 2010 9:00PM
There's a Porn Version of 'Reno 911!' ... for Some ReasonWhat would it be like to see a gigantic pornographic image of yourself on the big screen? That's the question facing the stars of 'Reno 911!' Because as it turns out, there is a porn version of the now-canceled comedy show. Why is there a porn version? How could that possibly be sexy? Your guesses are as good as ours.

The porno version is called 'Reno 911: A XXX Parody.' (Clever title!) And actual 'Reno' star Thomas Lennon went to see the adult movie. The celebrity news show 'TMZ' (weekdays, syndicated) has the full scoop.

Lennon checked out the film, and got to see the porn version of himself. And apparently, Lennon's porno doppelganger is a little more well-endowed that he is. "I'm talking about -- honestly -- a foot," Lennon said, while spreading his hands to indicate the size of the man's, um, tool.

Sons of Anarchy: Small Tears

by Danny Gallagher, posted Sep 15th 2009 11:15PM
The Sons of Anarachy in their meeting room(S02E02) - "Unraveling the matriarch will destabilize them. They're all little boys who need a strong mommy."

The thing I'm starting to love about this show is the way it switches gears on just about any incline. They are so swift and sudden that the law should go totally "nanny state" and require me to wear a helmet during each week's episode.

For example: in this week's chapter, we see the aftermath of Gemma's rape and the toll it takes on her as she tries to keep it from the club. Then the very next shot is of Tig, played by Kim Coates and some random fishnet whore slowly waking up with hangovers that could stun an elephant, together in a spent 69.

And I ain't talking about a broken down '69 Chevy.

FBI joins Comcast's Super Bowl porn probe

by Danny Gallagher, posted Feb 20th 2009 4:28PM
FBI logoWarning: this post about the FBI's investigation into the Super Bowl porn snafu uses the word "probe" several times. Viewer discretion is advised.

Comcast's probe into the Super Bowl porno snafu has officially become an FBI probe. A Fox affiliate in Tucson reported that the cable provider has asked the FBI to conduct their own probe into the 30 seconds of pornography that aired during Super Bowl XLIII.

Special Agent Manuel Johnson of the Phoenix FBI field office would only confirm for TV Squad that the probe is still ongoing.

Seth Rogen to make more porn

by Brad Trechak, posted Nov 18th 2008 10:26AM
Seth Rogen in Knocked UpI don't know whether to pity or exalt Seth Rogen. The man has essentially become a celebrity from potty humor. First, he's in a bunch of movies that are almost porn (including one with "porno" in the title). Now, he's co-developing a series for Showtime with the premise of three guys that run a pornography shop.

It seems unlikely that Rogen would step in front of the camera for this series, given his movie career at the moment. But hey, anything is possible. I suspect the series will reflect the perverted sense of humor he displayed in his writing of the movie Superbad.

Perhaps it's a Canadian thing. He joins a long line of Canucks who garnered fame and fortune via television. The list includes William Shatner and Michael J. Fox.

Rogen stands as proof that anybody with a little luck can actually become a movie star (and television producer). As a result, he earns my admiration and envy.

Is porn coming to HBO this fall?

by Bob Sassone, posted Jul 10th 2007 4:45PM

Is a new HBO series going to show real sex on screen?

That's the buzz coming out of the summer Television Critics Association tour, which starts today. The new HBO series Tell Me You Love Me reportedly has male and female stars doing it for real, not just the usual "lovemaking" you see on television (even cable). Rob Owen over at post-gazette.com has seen the pilot and says it looks like it's real and not camera angles or special effects.

Jared Fogle, porn provider

by Adam Finley, posted May 11th 2007 2:02PM

jared fogleYou know, we can snicker all we want at the allegations that Subway spokesman Jared Fogle spent his days at Indiana University running a successful porn rental business out of his apartment, but give the man credit for knowing his customer base and how to run a successful business. If there's one thing college males want as much as beer and weed, it's porn. Also, keep in mind this is pre-internet, so folks had to get their porno from somewhere. And let's not pretend, fellas, that none of us have ever seen a pornographic movie. I myself have a collection of over one hundred tapes. They're not video tapes, they're audio cassettes, and I listen to them while I'm jogging. I like to imagine it's how porno would have been done back in the RKO radio days.

So there you have it: before he became that fat guy who got kinda less fat by walking and eating Subway sandwiches, he had a lucrative career as a porn distributor. He's got business savvy, you gotta give him that.

When your new Time Warner PVR includes more than you paid for

by Brad Linder, posted Apr 2nd 2007 4:00PM
Time Warner porn PVRSure, if the cable guy accidentally hooks you up with a couple of extra channels, you might conveniently forget to call the company and complain about the error. But what do you do when you order a new PVR and its hard drive is partially full when it arrives -- with porn.

One Consumerist reader had just that problem. His new Time Warner box arrived, but before he could sit down and help set it up, he had to go out and run some errands, leaving his wife and 3 and 8 year old nieces to program in shows to record.

As his wife hits the list button, up pops a screen showing the previous owner's recordings, including Hole Diggers - Part 2, which begins playing while his wife tries to figure out how to make the menu disappear.

Yes, this guy should obviously call Time Warner and complain. But the moral of this story is that you should probably check out any new hardware you get before using it, especially if it looks like it may be used. You never know what you're going to find.

We interrupt this broadcast... with hardcore porn!

by Anna Johns, posted Mar 19th 2007 2:35PM
tom brokawAn act of sabotage shocked viewers in Phoenix last week when hardcore porn interrupted a health special hosted by Tom Brokaw. It happened on KPPX-TV 51, a PAX affiliate. That's a Christian station, people!

Station managers say someone in master control did it intentionally because, well, there's just not a lot of hardcore porn laying around at the Christian affiliates these days. It sounds like the station isn't sure who did the dirty deed because managers are promising a "rigorous investigation" and termination of whomever is responsible. I'm guessing the person who did it is a tad bit disgruntled with his/her boss and welcomes the firing. Viewers in Phoenix said the porn stayed on the television between five and ten minutes and there was no sound.

Did anybody see this?

Debbie Does Dallas ... Again: Pilot (series premiere)

debbie does dallas again
(S01E01) Obviously since I'm writing about this show, there's no hiding the fact that I watched it. On a Friday night. At 11 PM. Alone. Unfortunately my wife had no interest. Go figure.

I'll break down the premise to you quickly. There's a bunch of girls having sex with guys, each other and themselves. There's lots of nakedness, frolicking and furburgers. The end.

OK, maybe that wasn't all that fair; there weren't many furburgers.

Jenna Jameson gets own pay-per-view channel

by Adam Finley, posted Feb 2nd 2007 8:02AM

jenna jamesonBen Franklin is renowned for inventing many things, but one invention he was never able to complete was "a special box in which moving pictures of men and women in various states of undress partaking in acts of carnality shall be viewed by men of loneliness and questionable bathing habits." Franklin dubbed it the "Porno Cube," but the invention was never meant to be because I just made up that whole story.

How will porn affect your TV on DVD?

by Brett Love, posted Jan 14th 2007 2:03PM
Cheyenne Silver - PenthouseYou may end up with that season five Lost set, the one where we finally find out what the big idea was, on HD-DVD because of what the adult industry is deciding today. Steve Safran has an interesting post up over at Lost Remote talking about how the porn industry may swing the format war between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD.

Steven Hirsch from Vivid Entertainment is quoted talking about the troubles they have had in trying to adopt Blu-Ray, saying "It was difficult, and (Sony) tried to block us." This is not unlike the VHS/Betamax battle where the adult industry's choice helped promote the adoption of the VHS technology. While it operates completely off the radar of many consumers, the adult industry has a lot of power where technology is concerned.

Some ladies fake an orgasm - VIDEO

by Adam Finley, posted Dec 28th 2006 9:02PM

shakespeareThe title of this post is also a pithy description of my upcoming autobiography -- thank you, you've been a lovely audience!

House band: Ba da bop ba dop bop!

Anyway, the clip after the jump is a scene from My Bare Lady, Fox Reality Channel's series about a bunch of female porn stars trying out for a role in Romeo and Juliet on the London stage. The clip features the women faking orgasms as part of their audition, I assume for the famous "fake orgasm" scene in Romeo and Juliet: "Thou art causing me to climax!"

As I said before, I find it a little condescending that this series implies porn actors aren't real actors. I say they are real actors, just different kinds of actors. It's not so easy to be in the moment and maintain that element of fantasy when a roomful of people are watching you do it. I should know, it's why I'm no longer allowed in the library.

The video is probably NSFW, so click ahead with caution.
