by Jean Bentley, posted Sep 3rd 2011 3:00PM
Leah Remini, Holly Robinson PeeteAfter weeks of speculation, Holly Robinson Peete announced that she has officially been released from her contract at 'The Talk.'

"After weeks in limbo, I was finally 'officially' given word from CBS today that I have not been picked up for the 2nd season of 'The Talk," she wrote on her website. "I realize there have been several reports and 'leaks' for sometime to this effect but until today I was not contractually released which prevented me from moving on and finding other work. While I am relieved to have this closure, it doesn't diminish my disappointment one bit about not continuing with a show I worked very hard to launch and love dearly."

Peete thanked her fans and CBS for the ability to raise awareness about raising autism and special needs children.

Costar Leah Remini was released from her contract a week ago. Meanwhile, Molly Shannon and Kris Jenner have both signed on to guest host this season.

Rosie Pope Shows Off Maternity Fashions on 'Today' (VIDEO)

by Nick Zaino, posted Jul 12th 2011 3:45PM
Rosie Pope of 'Pregnant in Heels' on 'Today'On the Bravo series 'Pregnant in Heels,' Rosie Pope helps women who are pregnant retain their fashion sense and stay away from the bulky, oversized maternity clothes of yesteryear. Tuesday on 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC), Pope offered a few different looks and brought some models along to show them off.

One model wore big shades and a light dress she said was both chic and comfortable. "I think a lot of pregnant women think they should wear black," said Pope. "Coral, anything bright is really very beautiful. And this is a great thing. You can dress up, dress down."

Another helpful tip -- crocheted dresses will expand with you and then snap back to a smaller size. And after the little one is big enough to start spilling things on you, stripes can help to hide the stains.

Father-to-Be Realizes the Baby's What Matters Most, on 'Pregnant in Heels' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 25th 2011 3:27AM
'Pregnant in Heels'Rosie Pope has seen a lot of things throughout this season of 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo) and most of them have involved crazy expectant mothers. Overwhelmed and selfish fathers seem to be a staple of her job as well, but it's always nice when she can watch them turn that corner.

Such was the case with one father-to-be in this season finale. Reluctant to give up the fun lifestyle he'd been living simply because he could, all it took was some quality time with a baby that wasn't even his own to change his mind.

"It's not even mine and I would fall in front of a fire to keep her safe," he said of the baby. It was a moment of realization as to what really mattered in his world. The happiness and care of his daughter and her mother.

'Pregnant in Heels': When Couples Can't Communicate, Feelings Get Hurt (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 18th 2011 4:19AM
Rebecca and Patrick Vacarro, 'Pregnant in Heels'Communication is the key to any relationship, and it was something sorely missing between Patrick and Rebecca on 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo). As a maternity concierge, Rosie Pope isn't really qualified to act as a marriage counselor, but it became quickly clear that this is what Rebecca was seeking.

During a session, she started talking about how Patrick puts his own feelings ahead of hers. As if on cue, Patrick got upset and threatened to storm out because she was attacking him personally.

The couple already had two kids together but had never really worked on themselves as a couple before settling into parenthood.

Rosie Pope, 'Pregnant in Heels'Maternity concierge to the rich Rosie Pope has seen a lot of things throughout her career. But on this week's 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo), she saw something completely unexpected. Thankfully, it was paint on canvas or the censors wouldn't have let us see it either.

In secret from her family and even her husband, Nicole had a painting done, and it turned out to be a nude of her on horseback with her baby. To say there was a stunned silence at the unveiling to her friends and family is an understatement.

However, after the shock subsided, her husband said he loved it. "Nicole can be really critical of herself," he said later. "To see her now really just embrace who she is. It's wonderful."

Rosie Thinks Swords and Knives Aren't Great for Baby on 'Pregnant in Heels' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted May 4th 2011 4:09AM
'Pregnant in Heels'Expecting parents Steve and Lisa weren't originally on Rosie's list of clients, but she stepped in to help them on 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo). On her home inspection, she was immediately horrified at how unsafe this rocker couple's one-bedroom apartment was.

"Everywhere I look there's hazards," she told the pair. "There's like knives on the wall, knives down here that I could just pick up and stab myself with."

But knives and towering stacks of CDs weren't the biggest hurdle. The couple was. Steve kept laughing at her, and even took time in a confessional to mock the way she talks.

This Mother-to-Be on 'Pregnant in Heels' Wants It All Done for Her (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Apr 27th 2011 1:49AM
Rosie Pope, 'Pregnant in Heels'Rosie Pope had her hands full with Mina on 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo). With three days to go before her due date, there had been no progress on transforming her office into a nursery. It was as if Mina wasn't fully aware of what was about to happen.

Mina kept insisting that she had people coming who were going to take care of all of that for her, but it was a song and dance Pope had heard before. Or better yet, take matters into your own hand.

"I'm not going to pick up a hammer right now ... I've never touched a hammer before and I never will," Mina said proudly. "If you want to do it, why don't you do it for me. That's why I had you here."

Nine Months Pregnant on Her Wedding Day on 'Pregnant in Heels' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Apr 20th 2011 4:33AM
Robyn, 'Pregnant in Heels'There are a lot of unique formulas that can be used to create a bridezilla. On 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on Bravo), one of the surest methods was employed. Schedule your wedding day for when you're nine months pregnant.

Why not add raging hormones and the stress of pregnancy to the other most stressful day in any woman's life? That's exactly what Robyn did, and the craziness before the ceremony was enough to send her maternity concierge, Rosie Pope, from the room.

"I am not going to get involved in this family feud," she said, leaving Robyn to deal with hairstyles she didn't like and one dog she clearly did.

Therapist Confronts Couple in Denial on 'Pregnant in Heels' (VIDEO)

Jon, Sarah on 'Pregnant in Heels'In the premiere of 'Pregnant in Heels' (Tue., 10PM ET on BRAVO), Rosie Pope meets Jon and Sarah. Unless you saw the heavily pregnant Sarah, you wouldn't know they were having a baby, as not one iota of necessary baby paraphernalia is in their Manhattan loft.

"Baby concierge" Rosie brings in a therapist to get at the heart of their lack of preparation. Rosie tells them, "There's a lot of negative things that you say about babies and children. And I just think there's a certain level of denial."

"Do you know how hormonal I am?" Sarah responds. "I'm not an ex-crackhead! I'm totally capable of buying this stuff ... We're not these horrible people!"

Bravo Announces Most Depressing Line-Up in TV History

by Bob Sassone, posted Mar 10th 2010 4:04PM
BravoIt's always exciting when a cable network announces that they're adding an a new night of programming. Or it can be exhausting, considering how much TV we all watch nowadays. With that in mind I think I'm glad that there's probably nothing at all that I'll want to watch on the fifth night of programming that Bravo is going to have later this year.

I mean, seriously, look at the shows that the network will have to choose from for this fifth night of programming. 'Million Dollar Listing 4?' 'Tabatha's Salon Takeover 3?' 'The Fashion Show 2?' 'Real Housewives of Atlanta 3?' And those are just the returning shows.

New shows include 'Pregnant in Heels' (a reality show about a boutique that caters to pregnant women), 'Miami Social Club,' a look at rich, fashionable people who enjoy the "hot Miami scene," and 'Million Dollar Decorators,' a reality show about the personal lives of interior designers who work on expensive homes.
