by Catherine Lawson, posted Oct 10th 2011 7:00AM
Cover the corgis' eyes and ears: E! has given Kate Middleton the 'True Hollywood Story' treatment. When she married Prince William back in April the ceremony was televised to a global audience estimated at 1 billion viewers.
Although the spotlight was on the brand new Duchess of Cambridge, her younger sister Pippa -- whose enviable assets were highlighted by a figure-hugging ivory gown -- also attracted a lot of attention.
Acknowledging Middleton Minor's own celebrity status E! has trained the 'THS' lens on both sisters. In a statement, the network announced that the 'E! True Hollywood Story: Kate & Pippa' will premiere Wednesday night.
Prince William and Kate Middleton Take Royal Joyride in Aston Martin Convertible (VIDEO)
by Jean Bentley, posted Apr 29th 2011 12:10PM
Just like any other married couple, Prince William and his new bride Kate Middleton drove off together in a festively decorated car after their 'Royal Wedding' (6AM on NBC).Unlike most people, though, their ride was Prince Charles' royal blue Aston Martin convertible, decked out in the, uh, traditional royal streamers and helium balloons with a "JU5T WED" license plate.
With William at the wheel, the couple drove through the streets of London and waved at the crowds. As the 'Today' show anchors were quick to point out, the ride was decidedly un-planned and un-royal. Their only official escort was the dark Range Rover keeping close pace behind them.

Meeting the grandparents is always difficult. Especially when you're engaged to the future King of England. And especially when the grandparents you're meeting are Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. And especially when you're just a mere "commoner" yourself. On the new 'SNL' (Sat., 11:30PM ET on NBC), the show takes on the engagement of British heir-to-the-throne Prince William. After eight years of dating, William finally got engaged to "regular girl" Kate Middleton, his girlfriend.
The long delay between dating and making wedding plans earned Kate the cruel nickname of "Waity Katie" from the English press. But that's nothing compared to the cruel reception that Middleton (played by Anne Hathaway) gets from the royal family on 'Saturday Night Live.'
