This has probably been available for awhile, but I just found out that full episodes of Talk Show with Spike Feresten are available on MySpace. Feresten was a writer for Seinfeld and his new Saturday late night talk show on FOX is quite entertaining, and also the perfect length: it's only half an hour. The problem is, it's on Saturday nights so most people probably don't get a chance to see it, or they're already immersed in Saturday Night Live. If you're curious, you can watch the episodes here. I'll admit the show isn't flawless, but Feresten is a likable host, and I think the series has potential given some time to figure out what works and what doesn't. Most late night talk shows go through a kind of trial period when they first start out, and this one is no different. Also, the "Comedy for Stoners" bit at the end of every episode is pretty damn funny.

First, NBC tells the producers of Kidnapped to stop production after 13 episodes. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, they've decided to move the serialized drama (otherwise known as "The Best Show Nobody Watched") to Saturdays, where shows go to die. The switch is effective starting October 21.

Despite what folks like my brother Rich have speculated, though, Law & Order will not be moving back to it's old Wednesday at 10 slot. NBC has decided to replace Kidnapped with an edition of Dateline. I guess they figure if they're going to come in last place, they might as well do it with a cheap-to-produce show.
