Herman Cain is currently in the process of "reassessing his candidacy" after a Georgia woman came forward Monday alleging that she and the Republican presidential candidate were involved in a 13-year extramarital affair. This new revelation comes on the heels of allegations of sexual harassment from four separate women, all of which he denied fervently.

The ladies of 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) tackled the scandal in their 'Hot Topics' segment, and as usual, opinions different around the table. Michele Bachmann's awkward interview on 'Late Night' is making the rounds on the web after she played a game of 'One Word' with Jimmy Fallon. With the lights dimmed, Fallon tried to take the Congresswoman through some word association, but before he could get the game started she blurted out "Partymonkey!" and "cranberries." Once they finally got going, she used the opportunity to toss a few zingers at her fellow Republican presidential candidates.

Tuesday on 'The View,' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) the panel replayed a clip from the interview and went around the table sharing the one word they'd use to describe Bachmann. "Oops!" cracked Joy Behar. Barbara Walters chose not to share hers. "I don't think I will say it," she demurred. "Bonehead!" offered Sherri Shepherd. Whoopi Goldberg put a bow on the ladies' Bachmann opinions. "She looked fantastic ... but she's not presidential material, I'm sorry, she's not. Just my opinion."

Art seems to imitate life for Patricia Heaton, who came on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) to talk about her show 'The Middle.' Barbara Walters pointed out that like her character Frankie, Heaton is a busy working mother: While Frankie has three kids, Heaton is a mother to four boys.

Stories from Heaton's own family life often end up on the show. The 'Foreign Exchange' episode, where a student from Japan stayed with the Hecks, was based on an experience she had. Gayle King is a busy lady, but not too busy to come on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) to talk about her two OWN shows, 'The Gayle King Show' and 'Ask Oprah's All Stars.' When Sherri Shepherd asked her about the changes she's made to 'The Gayle King Show,' she said it would remain a radio and television show because it's still on Sirius XM, but she promised that "you will see more guests. The woman is a 52-year-old virgin who has finally met the right man. Sherri wondered how she made it that long and Gayle seemed to be suspicious that it was even possible, much less healthy. Hank Williams Jr. has had himself quite a week. ESPN canned the country singer's 'Monday Night Football' intro after he compared President Obama to Hitler on 'Fox and Friends.' Williams Jr. went on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) to try and explain himself. It didn't exactly go well.

Williams tried to make the point that he wasn't directly comparing President Obama and Hitler. He was merely making an analogy, he protested. Sherri Shepherd read the definition of the term, which read "a similarity in some respects among things that are otherwise dissimilar."

Williams felt vindicated by the dictionary. "How did you know who I was talkin' about?" he asked rhetorically, waving his hands and smiling. He went on to explain that his broader point was that the Obama-Boehner golf game was an absurd piece of political theater.

Danny DeVito is the elder statesman of the 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' cast, but that doesn't mean he's a beacon of maturity. DeVito stopped by 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) where he talked about the new, depraved 'Sunny' season and gave some Joy and Sherri some equally crass advice on how to make a marriage work.

To start the segment, they showed a clip from the 'Sunny' premiere, in which Frank asked a hooker to marry him, only to see her die of a crack overdose seconds later. "In the seven seasons we've been doing the show, we bring the bar down as low as we can. If you think you're in the gutter, we're gonna excavate that gutter. But we have a lot of fun," he said.

After her bachelorette party, Sherri Shepherd may have said, "Y'all's a nasty group of women." But she was clearly enjoying herself, if a little stunned at the same time, during it on 'Wedding Fabulous: Sherri Shepherd Gets Married' (Tue., 9PM ET on Style).

The women went very traditional by having a uniformed police officer arrive threatening to ticket the party, before hitting the music and losing the uniform. And, despite being the oldest stripper trick in the book, it worked again. There's a reason it's a classic.

But what surprised Shepherd was when the stripper said to her, "Baby, I'm gonna pick you up." She was worried she was too heavy and he was going to drop her, or worse yet, her wig would fall off.

Anthony Weiner resigned his position as U.S. Representative Thursday in the wake of a scandal that involved his sending lewd photos of himself to women via Twitter. His behavior shocked many, including 'Good Morning America' co-host George Stephanopoulos, who spoke on the subject Thursday on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC).

"I was, you know, as shocked as anybody else just by the compulsion that he demonstrated," said Stephanopoulos. "You heard the first story, said 'Well, this might be true.' But then he came out and talked to every single reporter in the country and said it's not true, I'm the victim here. That's what surprised me."

Just hours after Weiner's resignation, Sherri Sherpherd wondered if he could recover from the scandal. Stephanopoulos noted that Weiner has spent his whole working life in politics and he is a smart guy. But he made the point that before he did anything else, Weiner would have to get himself straightened out and settle things with his family.

Ellen Pompeo could probably answer questions about 'Grey's Anatomy' in her sleep. But the conversation was a bit more tricky Thursday on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) when the topic turned to race; more specifically, mixed-race relationships and the relevance of the NAACP Awards. Pompeo's husband, producer Chris Ivery, is black.

Sherri Shepherd mentioned an article by singer-songwriter-poet-actress Jill Scott in which she said that "her spirit winces" sometimes when she sees a successful black man out with a white woman (she worries about the backlash). Pompeo said she feels no such backlash, personally, but added that Scott was an intelligent woman entitled to her feelings. Pompeo went on to say that she and her husband agree that the NAACP Awards were once necessary, but not anymore.

"I do think that the separation doesn't get us any closer to anything" she said, making sure to mention that she didn't want to offend anyone.

Pompeo mentioned black colleges as well, which Shepherd said are still needed. Pompeo agreed, but said she felt "we need to get to a place where we don't."

Tim McGraw made quite an impression on Sherri Shepherd on today's episode of 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC). McGraw is mainly known as a country music star, but he has also dabbled in acting, appearing in movies like 'The Blind Side' and 'Country Strong.' But those aren't the kinds of movies Shepherd says she was imagining for McGraw.

Joy Behar said she could imagine McGraw doing something about the life of John Wayne.

Whoopi Goldberg agreed -- she did not want to know the movie Shepherd had in her head. McGraw seemed amused, but no matter what critics said about 'Country Strong,' it was probably a better option for him than what Shepherd had in mind.
