Shia LaBeouf Talks Meeting Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, Separately (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Jul 1st 2011 4:16AM
Shia LaBeouf, 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'Selena Gomez may be dating Justin Bieber, but that doesn't mean she still can't hold that crush for Shia LaBeouf. So she was more than surprised when he surprised her backstage one day, and 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC) had the footage.

LaBeouf was on, and seemed again touched by seeing how genuinely excited and shocked she was when she saw him sitting there. She was so stunned, she literally turned around and walked away, making him chase her down before they talked.

When Kimmel asked if LaBeouf was worried at all about Bieber, LaBeouf talked about when they met at the MTV Movie Awards. Bieber may not be a Transformer, as Kimmel described, but based on LaBeouf's story, we think he might have some Jedi powers.

Shia LaBeouf Talks About Riling Up Michael Bay on Set With Pranks (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Jun 28th 2011 3:01AM
Shia LaBeouf, 'Late Show with David Letterman'While we'd love to be insulted by Don Rickles during one of his sets, we're not so sure getting yelled at by Michael Bay on one of his sets would be a comparably enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, Shia LaBeouf equated the two on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS).

He said "it's a dream to get screamed at by Bay" for the interns that come on set. LaBeouf used the word "aggressive" several times to describe Bay's now notorious off-screen antics.

But that didn't keep LaBeouf and others from tampering with Bay's stuff just to trigger that yelling tendency of his. One prank had them replacing his health drinks with cigarette butts and other things to rile him up just to watch him freak out and go into "megaphone time."

Shia LaBeouf Covets Steven Seagal's Ponytail (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Sep 21st 2010 12:45PM
As far as Shia LaBeouf is concerned, there's no greater butt-kicking movie star than Steven Seagal. And Seagal's trademark ponytail is the ultimate accessory for an action hero, so much so that he wanted one when he was young, he said on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated).

Ah, young love. Miranda Cosgrove of 'iCarly' appeared on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated) and explained why she has a huge crush on actor Shia LaBeouf.

"He's just awesome. He looks like he could totally be on a motorcycle and, like, his whole look. I don't know. He's amazing," Cosgrove said, clearly so enamored by the mere thought of LaBeouf that she was at a loss for words.

Super Bowl 2009 Preview: The Commercials

by Andrew Scott, posted Jan 30th 2009 6:00PM
Most people watch the Super Bowl, airing Sun., 6PM on NBC, for the football game.

But for some of us -- admit it, you're one of them -- the biggest sporting event of the year is really all about the commericals; those quick, 30-second ads which companies spend millions of dollars on to make us laugh and chat about at the office on Monday.

In its four-decade-plus history, the Super Bowl has had its fair share of these moments: the Budweiser frogs; Michael Jordan and Larry Bird shooting outrageous hoops to win a McDonald's Big Mac; Apple's '1984'-inspired Macintosh commercial, shot for $1 million and directed by Oscar-nominee Ridley Scott.

This year promises to continue the tradition with ads featuring celebrities, soda and -- you guessed it -- beer. According to E!, the celebrity lineup includes Conan O'Brien for Anheuser-Busch, will.i.am, who will sing Bob Dylan's 'Forever Young' in a commercial for Pepsi, action star Jason Statham for Audi and John Turturro's second commercial for Heineken.

Rainn Wilson: action star - VIDEO

by Brett Love, posted May 30th 2008 8:01AM

Rainn WIlson - The OfficeIt just has a ring to it, don't you think? I doubt that we'll see Rainn bulking up Stallone-style to save the world with a knife and his guile, but he did just land a role in Michael Bay's Transformers 2. It doesn't really get more action movie than that. Wilson will play a college professor to Shia LaBeouf's Sam. It will be interesting to see how much, if any, Schrute makes it into the character.

But wait, there's more. Fans of the gone but not forgotten Las Vegas will be happy to learn that Josh Duhamel will be returning for the sequel. And fans of ridiculously hot girls will be happy to know that FHM's Sexiest Woman In The World, Megan Fox, is also returning. A warning, that FHM link is safe for my workplace, but might not be for yours. If you can't wait for Bay to finish all of those CGI sequences to get your Rainn fix, you can also catch him this summer in The Rocker as a failed drummer who gets a second chance at fame. That one also features Teddy Geiger (Love Monkey), and the trailer is after the jump.

Saturday Night Live: Shia LaBeouf/My Morning Jacket - VIDEOS

by Annie Wu, posted May 11th 2008 11:58AM
Shia LaBeouf(S33E11) I honestly was not worried about Shia LaBeouf delivering a less than stellar performance, as his first stint on Saturday Night Live showed that he works well with the cast and is naturally very goofy. With a funny guy like this, one can only pray that the writers use him as much as possible and work super-hard to give him embarrassingly crazy sketches. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Again. The writing was okay, but it did not do LaBeouf justice. Also, there seemed to be a strange flow to the episode, as the energy of sketches would start dying halfway through and eventually end on a really weird line. Let's hope the writers aren't already losing steam. They still have a season finale!
