by Jason Hughes, posted Nov 28th 2011 4:00AM
'Sister Wives'Robyn brought another baby, her first with Kody, into the extended family, and the cameras of 'Sister Wives' (Sun., 9PM ET on TLC) were there to catch every moment. Kody, an old pro at this by now, was by his wife's side as she delivered at home and in bed. It was a much smoother and more serene looking birth than what you usually see in a hospital room.

The new mother's face lit up as the baby was brought right away into her waiting arms, umbilical cord still attached, and before they could even begin to clean their new son up, he let out his first healthy cry. It was a beautiful moment for the couple and the entire family.

'Sister Wives'Kody's buddies understandably have probably limitless questions about his marital situation on 'Sister Wives' (Sun., 9PM ET on Discovery). One of them posed the question of whether he prefers the company of one wife over any of the others.

"It's an honest question," Kody admitted. "And the answer is no." Truth be told, he loves all of his wives equally, and tries to divide his time with them equally as well. He did have to clarify that he never doubles up with two of them at the same time, though.

"No kinky stuff," he laughed.

"The way that the plural marriage is for us, and the way that we believe and the one that we've accepted, is that there is one husband and multiple wives," Meri explains.

The sister wives agreed that it's important for all the family members to want to be a part of the extended family, and Kody Brown concurred that it's hard work. "You have to work it out. You have to get it figured out. And it's not perfect on the first day."

The Family Learns the Gender of Robyn's Baby on 'Sister Wives' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Oct 10th 2011 3:30AM
'Sister Wives'When a new child is coming into the family, there's often some pretty strong feelings about the gender of that new addition. It means a possible shift, or balance of power among the children, while adults have their own reasons for wanting one or the other. When the family is as big as the Browns on 'Sister Wives' (Sun., 9PM ET on TLC), it means that much more.

Kody admitted that the issue has polarized the family, with half of them coming down on each side of the gender coin. When it came time to tell them, Robyn decided to let the video do the talking, maybe so the half that "lost" could be mad at it instead of her or Kody.

by Jason Hughes, posted Oct 3rd 2011 4:45AM
'Sister Wives'There's nothing worse as an expectant mother than that feeling of fear when you think there's something going wrong with the pregnancy. On 'Sister Wives' (Sun., 9PM ET on TLC), the family is transplanted to Las Vegas, so they don't have familiar doctors to go to to help ease that tension.

Nevertheless, Kody and Robyn did go in, where their torment was extended a bit longer when the doctor at first couldn't detect any signs of the baby at all. But finally, after looking via sonogram, the doctor detected a "little heart flicker."

That was enough to put the expecting parents minds at ease, as Kody played down their feelings. "We were a little worried," he said.

'Sister Wives'It's a moment that's been coming for a few weeks now on 'Sister Wives' (Sun., 9PM ET on TLC), but that fact didn't make it any easier to watch. Cody and his four wives brought all of the children together to break the news to the younger ones that the family was moving to Las Vegas.

Under the threat of jail time for polygamy and forcible separation in Utah, the Browns are left with little choice after this very show exposed their lifestyle to the world and got them into legal trouble. But the most important thing to the Browns is that they stay together. As a family.

"This place has been magical," Cody said of their current home in Utah. "It's been a special place, hasn't it? But here's what we've got. What's magical about our home is us. We're moving so we can stay a family."
