It should go without saying that we here at TV Squad are infinitely familiar with spoilers, so naturally this New York Times article caught my eye. Even if it did spoil the end of The Sopranos for me. Thanks, Grey Lady!

The paper's ArtsBeat blog has declared an official moratorium on spoiler complaints and given "amnesty" for their readers to talk about the best surprise endings in the last decade. What are your favorite TV endings that you now have the right to spoil the hell out of for people too lazy to get up and discover them for themselves?

And it should go without saying: don't complain about how any of the comments below have spoiled anything for you. The only way I could make the spoiler warning any bigger is by typing the word "SPOILER" in all caps and pasting over and over in this post.

During last night's telecast of the 'Survivor: Samoa' reunion (full recap here), CBS premiered a teaser for the upcoming 20th cycle of the show, confirming that it would be a second "All-Star" edition after all. Officially titled 'Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains,' the clip showcased virtually every prominent player who's ever been on the show -- certainly more than could fit within the 20 contestant limit.

Fans of the show have been working for months, tracking contestants' Twitter and MySpace accounts, interviewing crew members and possibly even digging through the trash to find out who will actually be cast for next season. In the process, some have wondered whether 'Samoa' runner-up Russell Hantz would be able to appear, the same way Rupert Boneham went straight from 'Pearl Islands' to 'All-Stars.'

Every now and then as I watch a show, questions such as these pop up in my mind: Where have I seen that actor before? Hasn't she already appeared on the show before as another character? What is that song playing in the background? Where has (insert character name) gone? And on and on.

I also have questions about current shows even when I'm not watching them: How many episodes will we get this season? When will the season premiere? Will (insert actor's name here) be back on the show? Which famous person will guest star? And so on. That's not counting the questions I have about upcoming storylines! Thank god for spoilers!

Of course, questions about series from the past also pop up: Why did (insert show here) end? Can I get answers for the unanswered storylines since the series was canceled without having a proper goodbye? Whatever happened to (insert actor's name) who played on (insert show's title)? And so on.
