'Gossip Girl': 10 Things to Know About the 100th Episode & More
by Crystal Bell, posted Nov 21st 2011 6:00PM
Spotted: Manhattan's favorite Upper East Siders (and Brooklynites) celebrating the 100th episode of 'Gossip Girl' at Cipriani on Wall Street in New York. As always, it was a fashionable affair for the cast -- Leighton Meester, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Chase Crawford and Ed Westwick were all on hand -- but the real guest of honor, according to executive producer Josh Schwartz? The celebratory cake!"We've talked about the cake for a long, long time," Schwartz told AOL TV. "'The OC' went to 93 or 92 episodes, so we were close but no cake. It's really a testament to Stephanie [Savage] and her leadership, guiding the show to 100 episodes. We birthed it, but Stephanie's really raised this child. I just send an alimony check."
But it wasn't all cake talk. The cast also teased the highly anticipated 100th episode, and all we can say is OMG! Orgies, dance sequences, a royal wedding and a potential runaway bride? This is one episode you can't miss. And from what we hear, the first 10 minutes see the entire cast doing something they've never done before.
What can it be? Let the gossip commence ...
Ooh La La; 'Gossip Girl' Goes to France -- TCA Report
by Laura Prudom, posted Jul 30th 2010 1:00AM
While most of the ridiculously beautiful 'Gossip Girl' cast is currently scattered to the four winds, the man behind the eponymous Chuck Bass, Ed Westwick, was in attendance at the CW's presentation to TV critics. He was joined by 'Gossip Girl' executive producers Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran. First up, a juicy sizzle reel treated us to the Upper East Siders' exploits in Paris. It's all play and no work for our naughty New Yorkers when 'Gossip Girl' returns with two episodes set in Paris this fall.

Gossip Girl -- An early look
by Brett Love, posted Sep 12th 2007 1:00PM
It's that time of the year again. Time to put away the bathing suits, winterize the boats, and start thinking about getting the big coats out of the back of the closets, at least up here in the Jet City. While it will be sad to see those long summer days fade into fall, the silver lining is a truckload of new and returning shows, all set to debut. One of the first out of the gate is Gossip Girl, which premieres next Wednesday at 9 on The CW. They were nice enough to send a copy of the pilot over to TV Squad HQ, and I couldn't resist the possibility of a good teen drama, so here is an early look at what the fifth network has cooking.
