Bravo Picks Up 11 New Shows, Renews 5 Others
by Joel Keller, posted Mar 30th 2011 4:00PM
One of the things that's always been striking about how Bravo has reinvented itself over the last decade is that when they find a franchise they like, they go all in and take it in as many different directions as they can. It's made for a channel that has a very strong identity and fan base. And has led the NBC Universal–owned network to confidently announce at their upfront today that they're going to be picking up 11 new shows.
You read that number right. The 11 that are being picked up include new shows from some of the network's most recognizable stars, like Jeff Lewis and Tabitha Coffey, and will also include a New York spin-off of their popular real estate show 'Million Dollar Listing.'
Bravo announced the return of five shows: 'Top Chef Just Desserts,' 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' 'Bethenny Ever After' and 'Tabatha's Salon Takeover.'
More on this mega-announcement, plus a list of the new shows, after the jump.

by Chris Harnick, posted Mar 10th 2010 4:22PM
Get ready for the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bravo has given the go-ahead to four new series, including a Beverly Hills edition of its popular 'Real Housewives' franchise. (We're already imagining a crossover episode with the nearby 'Real Housewives of Orange County.')
Also getting the greenlight are 'Miami Social Club,' a reality series that chronicles the lives of Miami socialites, but apparently has nothing to do with Bravo's other Miami-based series, 'Miami Social,' 'Million Dollar Decorators,' about high-end designers, and the New York-based 'Pregnant in Heels.'
'The Biggest Loser' Season 8 Week 10: Makeovers and New Love (VIDEO)
by Donald Deane, posted Nov 18th 2009 10:16AM
This week on 'The Biggest Loser,' the final six contestants ditched their tracksuits and workout gear and got makeovers courtesy of 'Project Runway's' Tim Gunn and Tabatha Coffey of 'Tabatha's Salon Takeover.' The results were nothing short of startling. The makeover wasn't just about new coifs, clothes and reshaped bodies, however. During the speech he gave after his makeover reveal, Rudy broke the news that his sister, who he described as his role model, died of leukemia when she was just 16, and it's implied this shocking personal tragedy could very well have attributed to his weight ballooning to more than 400 pounds.
