by Bob Sassone, posted Jun 10th 2009 12:26PM
Are you ready for Jay Leno's new show? NBC is going to make sure you are.The network is starting to air little snippets of Leno every night at 10. They've already started, and soon they won't be just quick hits they'll actually be small hints of the monologue that Leno will do on the show every night. NBC wants viewers to get used to Leno being on at 10PM now.
| It's a great idea - people will get used to seeing him | |

| It's a bad idea - I want a breather before his show starts | |
| I don't care I'm not going to watch the show anyway |
ABC bumps Lost to 10 pm
by Anna Johns, posted Dec 5th 2006 8:11PM
When it returns from a 13-week hiatus, Lost will have a new time slot. ABC has bumped the sci fi/drama back one hour to 10 pm. The reasoning behind this, according to Variety, is the unstoppable power that is American Idol. Lost has consistently finished second to CBS's Here's the new Wednesday schedule at ABC:
Stargate is on iTunes
by Adam Finley, posted Aug 20th 2006 4:51PM
In case any of you Stargate fans haven't found out about this already, Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis now have episodes available for download on iTunes. Right now you can download episodes from season 10 of Stargate SG-1 (plus new episodes from the season as they become available), and season 3 of Stargate Atlantis (also with new episodes as they become available). The episodes cost the usual $1.99, and a season pass can be purchased for $37.99. Alternatively, I suppose you could still use BitTorrent, but if you like to get your Stargate fix in a more legitimate fashion, this is a decent option. Hopefully other seasons will be made available soon.
Special thanks to Mack Swift for the info.
Spirit of Christmas on new South Park DVD
by Adam Finley, posted Aug 7th 2006 6:01PM
On October 3 a South Park DVD set with ten of Matt Stone and Trey Parker's favorite episodes will be released. I've known about this for awhile, and I'm sure other South Park fans knew as well. I didn't bother to mention it here because I figured since the season sets were coming out pretty regularly fans wouldn't be that interested in a DVD set with episodes they'll probably have in their possession eventually anyway, if they haven't already. What I didn't know, however, was that "The Spirit of Christmas," the raunchy video Christmas card created by Matt and Trey that became an underground sensation and helped get them in the door at Comedy Central, will also be included on the set. Of course, anyone with a broadband internet connection can easily find it online, but hey, I guess it sweetens the deal a little bit.TV Squad Hot Topics
