That one guy from The Brady Bunch got married
by Anna Johns, posted Jun 1st 2006 9:31AM
No, the other guy. The middle kid. Christopher Knight, who played Peter Brady on The Brady Bunch television series and now has his own reality show on VH1, got married over the holiday weekend to another reality television star. Knight, 47, met Adrianne Curry, 23, when they were both on The Surreal Life. They went on to star in the reality series, My Fair Brady, and in the sequel, My Fair Brady: We're Getting Married. The actual wedding was May 29th and some of Knight's former co-stars attended, including Barry Williams (Greg Brady), Susan Olsen (Cindy Brady), and Mike Lookinland (Bobby Brady). There's no official air date for the nuptials. After all these reality shows, when do you think reality will actually set in for these two lovebirds?
New programs for the week of March 19-25
by Anna Johns, posted Mar 19th 2006 11:11AM
Most of the new television shows this week
premiere on Wednesday. FOX is launching a new reality challenge where people are locked in a bunker and have to decide
which one of them is worthy of a cash prize. ABC launches a forensics drama with a unique storytelling schtick, and
NBC's much-hyped Heist finally hits the air. Probably most exciting, though,
is season ten of South Park, where Trey Parker and Matt Stone will hopefully
dream up new and hilarious ways of pissing off Tom Cruise.- The Surreal Life, Sundays @ 9 pm on VH1 (premieres March 19)
- Season six stars Sherman Hemsley (The
Jeffersons), Steve Harwell (Smashmouth), C.C. DeVille (Poison), Tawny Kitaen, Alexis Arquette (David's
cross-dressing brother), Andrea Lowell (Playboy), Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch), and a mystery
"celeb".
Flavor of Love: Finale
by Annie Wu, posted Mar 13th 2006 10:42AM
Wow. Flavor of Love is, quite possibly, the
tackiest reality show I have ever seen (please note that this is coming from someone that considers The Surreal
Life a guilty pleasure). After one episode, I was completely disgusted by the behavior of these women and of the
star himself, Flavor Flav. I learned that Mr. Flav is a horrible judge of character and that scantily-clad women will
do absolutely anything for a moment of fame and glory. However, I found that I was unable to pull myself away from the
television... even as I had my remote control held out, pointing directly at the TV, my finger already resting on the
Off button and my face twisted in disgust. What a train wreck... a gloriously vicious train wreck.TV Squad Hot Topics
