Regis and Tony Bennett Sing a Duet of 'The Best Is Yet to Come' (VIDEO)

The Regis Farewell tour has taken on a decidedly musical, nostalgic flavor in recent days. On Monday's 'Live,' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) Jimmy Fallon sang Regis a version of 'It's Only Just Begun,' and on Tuesday, legendary singer Tony Bennett and Regis performed a duet of 'The Best Is Yet to Come.' As the song titles suggest, it's finally starting to sink in that Regis is only a few days from his daytime TV retirement.Ever the performer, Regis handled the song like a seasoned veteran, using his signature voice for some funny call-and-response. When Regis encouraged Bennett to, "Sing it, Tony," he joked back, "What the hell do you think I'm doin'?" Maybe after Regis steps away from 'Live' these two can go on tour together.
