Ebay backs out of ABC reality show
by Bob Sassone, posted Jun 3rd 2006 8:38AM
Ebay has decided not to go ahead with what sounds like the lamest idea for a reality show ever. Buy It Now was supposed to be a TV show that would follow families after they put items up for bid on ebay. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I mean, really, that's the idea? What, were they going to spice things up by having the people put up dirty photos or underwear or grilled cheese sandwiches with Jesus on them? I think that's the only way it would work as a show. I don't think anyone would have watched it if people were just putting up CDs and toys.TV Squad Hot Topics
