'The Jersey Shore' is never drama-free. Yet another cast member is facing a lawsuit with a very hefty price tag. Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino's former mangers are suing the reality star for $1 million.

What caused their business relationship to sour? According to TMZ, Gotham NYC Entertainment is claiming Sorrentino breached their contract when he fired them in May for "lack of performance."



The management company says the 'Jersey Shore' star failed to give them the required 30-day notice to fix any problems before he terminated their services.

Gotham says they have served as Sorrentino's managers since 'The Jersey Shore' premiered on MTV in 2009 and have helped him take "his career from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity."

But The Situation isn't the only 'Jersey' guy making headlines -- looks like Vinny is back!

MTV has announced that Season 4 of their hit show will premiere Thurs., Aug. 4, 10PM ET.

They also confirmed that Season 5 is a go, beginning production next month back in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

The fourth season has gotten more press than any other, thanks to Snooki, The Situation and the rest of the gang filming in (and terrorizing) Florence, Italy. There have been reports of car accidents with cops, public fights and general shock and awe at the cast's unique brand of fist-pumping "Italian."

Italy can finally say ciao to their national nightmare when the cast returns to the Shore June 20.

Despite having a book to promote, 'Jersey Shore' star Snooki recently declined an invitation to appear on 'The O'Reilly Factor' (weekdays, 8PM ET on Fox News.)

In response to the snub, O'Reilly producer Jesse Watters ambushed Snooki at one of her book signings.

"O'Reilly wants to talk to you about Obamacare, Afghanistan and 'The Jersey Shore,' Watters relayed to the pint-sized dynamo, as Snooki's publicist repeatedly demanded that Watters stop bothering her client.

Snooki from 'Jersey Shore' has brought us many things. Among them: The concept that wearing your hair in a "Hair Bump " is a good idea, and that excessive tanning and drinking is the pathway to success. And now Snooki is filming her first commercial, which 'TMZ' (6:30PM ET on Fox) got a peek at.

The commercial features Snooki and her current boyfriend touting "Sunlove" self-tanning spray. Snooki's boyfriend flexes his arm muscles, showing off the fake tan, and Snooki uses the phrase "Snookerized." As in: "So I just 'Snookerized' one of my man's gorilla arms." "Snookerized!" An entirely new word ... and yet another gift from our pal Snooki (real name: Nicole Polizzi). But wait. It gets worse.
