Jimmy Kimmel is not exactly a hard-hitting investigative journalist. Still, the talk show host is brash and direct, and has a way of provoking a response. If Jimmy wants an answer, he'll probably manage to get one. On the latest 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC), Mr. Kimmel happens to talk with an actual investigative journalist. 'ABC World News' anchor Diane Sawyer is his guest -- and Jimmy has a fairly delicate question that he wants to ask her.

Kimmel brings up 'The Switch' -- a romantic comedy starring Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston. Diane plays a part in the film, although she doesn't actually show up in flesh-and-blood form. There's a scene where Bateman picks up a magazine that has Ms. Sawyer on the cover. Jimmy points out that Bateman uses the photo to help "produce a, um ... 'sample.'"

There's an ad for Jason Bateman's new film, 'The Switch,' that's essentially forced the actor to lie to his 4-year-old daughter, he shared on 'The Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on COM).

This particular poster shows him "holding a sperm sample in a cup ... I'm making like a disgusted look but it actually looks like I'm smelling it -- which is what you do with sperm, right, to make sure it's something you might want to shoot back," he joked.

When Bateman takes his daughter to school, they pass right by the billboard. "Daddy, is that yogurt?" she once asked. Check out his response.

Jason Bateman appears to be on a kissing streak. Bateman recently shared a tender moment with Dustin Hoffman at a LA Lakers game when the two snogged beneath the "kiss cam." And, he also locks lips with Jennifer Aniston in the upcoming movie 'The Switch.'
