Before the finale's moment of truth on 'Thintervention With Jackie Warner' (Mon., 10PM ET on BRAVO), Jackie's weight-loss clients had six weeks on their own.

For Los Angeles resident Nikki, sticking with the program required changing her social calendar. "I had to wrangle up my friends to get on the support thing, and they did. But it was very difficult to transition from not calling to cocktail, calling to hike," admitted Nikki.

She added, "My ass if finally shrinking." Yet with two weeks to go, Nikki struggled to remain consistent with the routine. But at the final meeting, Nikki looked fabulous.

At a restaurant on 'Thintervention With Jackie Warner' (Mon., 10PM ET on BRAVO), the trainer orders a truckload of fatty, greasy and fried appetizers for her weight-loss clients. After a long day of working out, they're starving -- but horrified.

"It's like throwing cocaine at a drug addict," says Bryan angrily. Jackie explains, "This is how the world operates." He says, "Right, and I've retrained myself to not do these stupid things." Stacy speaks up too, demanding a menu and calling the food set before her "poison ... You have to be bats--- crazy to mess with me when I'm hungry!"

Jackie's point is that they can make healthy choices despite their surroundings.

Nikki Wood, a 39-year-old native Australian who works as a life advisor, gets busted when fitness instructor Jackie Warner shows up at her house and discovers her smoking and drinking vodka in the morning on 'Thintervention With Jackie Warner' (Mon, 10:15PM ET on Bravo.)
