What is it about public figures and Twitter? Just days after Ashton Kutcher turned his feed over to his management following a controversial tweet about Joe Paterno's firing, Dean McDermott found himself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons as well: he tweeted out a topless picture of wife Tori Spelling to over 77,000 followers.

We'd imagine that the reason for the slip was a little more innocent than anything Anthony Weiner could come up with; it seems as though McDermott was actually trying to tweet a harmless picture of his son goofing around with a cut-out of a rolling pin stuck to his head (similar to this) and didn't realize that his Spelling was visible in the background.
