Remember when Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? was the prime time sensation, a timely game show that people actually talked about the next day, and then ABC ran it so much they ruined the whole thing? Well, ABC is bringing the show back for a limited run this August, and Regis Philbin will host once again. In celebration, here's a bunch of videos of people blowing easy early questions.

I knew that Shatner hosting a game show would turn out to be interesting, even if the actual game itself was lame. Really, think of it: William Shatner hosting a game show! And now I'm convinced it's going to be the greatest TV show of all-time.

Show Me The Money will not only have contestants vying for millions of dollars in prizes, but it will have dancers too! After a contestant answers a trivia question (I wonder if they'll be any Star Trek questions?), he picks one of the dancers. Each dancer will have a scroll in her hand, and on the scroll will be a dollar amount that will be added or subtracted to the amount of money the contestant has accumulated.

If that's not good enough for you, get this: at anytime during the show, a dancer can start dancing, and Shatner will dance along with her. Oh, this is going to be sooooo good.

Lisa De Moraes at the Washington Post calls it "Answers and Dancers," and I think ABC should have called it that too.

So it looks like 26 stunning models holding briefcases just isn't enough people on the stage for NBC.

The network -- who seems to have a hit with Deal Or No Deal, even though it seems to be on every day -- is bringing another game show from across the pond to the U.S. 1 vs. 100 is a hit in several other countries already. This show has one contestant sitting down in front of 100 people who ask him trivia questions. The longer he goes on and eliminates some of the 100, his money increases. He'll also, of course, be able to quit and take the money at any point (hmmm...sounds like DOND).

The prize if he makes it all the way? $3 million dollars, the biggest prize on a regular U.S. game show. But, wow, how long does one game take? Answering questions from 100 people?
