Sci-Fi takes its Pulse
by Adam Finley, posted May 6th 2006 2:02PM
Following close behind other networks who are starting to embrace this whole "broadband content" thing, the Sci-Fi Channel will be launching its own broadband venture, Pulse, in two days. Web surfers will be able to watch rebroadcast shows and movies, exclusive news, and web-only shows. Other online components will also include live psychic readings from Char Margolis, and producer David Eick's Battlestar Galactica vlog. Admittedly, I don't watch much Sc-Fi, but the channel has had a fairly solid presence on the Web from the beginning, so it's cool to see it finally taking this inevitable step. Pulse will launch on May 8.TV Squad Hot Topics
