It's time to meet Walden Schmidt's mom on 'Two and a Half Men.'

According to Deadline, Mimi Rogers will guest star on at least two episodes of the hit CBS comedy.

Rogers will play the mother of Ashton Kutcher's billionaire character and Deadline reports her character is a noted primatologist. We bet some hijinks will ensue.

Lonely Island will put its stamp on the Emmys.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Andy Samberg and his group Lonely Island, Maya Rudolph and Ed Helms will perform a musical medley during the 63rd annual ceremony.

Rudolph stars in NBC's new comedy 'Up All Night' -- her character sings! -- and Ed Helms' 'The Office' character is known for busting out into song at the drop of a hat. Lonely Island had three songs up for Emmys -- including '3-Way (The Golden Rule)' -- but lost out to Justin Timberlake's 'Saturday Night Live' monologue.

Wilmer Valderrama always gave off a sort of weird maybe-gay vibe on 'That '70s Show'. He gave off the same vibe to Evan and Paige when they caught him staring at a sketch that Evan had submitted to a local art show on 'Royal Pains' (Wed., 9PM ET on USA).

It was a nude of him drawn by Paige. Valderrama's character had purchased a bunch of paintings of known artists for his prestigious galleries, and had selected this one, too. However, he then found an even stronger connection to Paige

A connection so strong, he may well have taken her, though if she went willingly or not we don't yet know.

Is the age of the boy band over? Not according to Lance Bass.

The former *NSync member is putting together a reality show with Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean, New Edition frontman Bobby Brown and New Kid on the Block Joey McIntyre to form the country's hottest new boy band.

"It's a really great music show, starring all your favorite boy bands. It's going to be really fun," Bass told Vulture. "They're all going to form a boy band, each, from the most talented guys in America that I've scouted, and then they'll go head-to-head in a competition to see who the best band is, so it's bragging rights for the guy in the group, for sure."

The latest big-name celebrity in talks to return to television? 'Moonlighting' star Cybill Shepherd, who has signed on to star in ABC's 'My Freakin' Family.'

The 'Cybil' star will play one part of the overbearing grandparents of a mixed-heritage couple.

According to Deadline, Shepherd will play Nell, the mom of new father Raj. Shepherd's character will dress in Indian garb and clash with Raj's in-laws -- particularly Mo Gaffney's character Maureen -- over new baby Clark's upbringing. You see, Shepherd's character is concerned Clark will end up "white" like Raj did.

Shepherd recently completed a guest arc on USA Network's 'Psych.'

• Chloe Sevigny will play Lizzie Borden in a new HBO miniseries. The 'Big Love' star will also co-executive produce the project, about the infamous Massachusetts woman accused of murdering her father and step-mother with a hatchet in 1893. [Deadline]

• Kristin Chenoweth is also returning to TV with a role in Darren Starr's 'Good Christian Bitches' pilot. The 'Glee' and 'Pushing Daisies' star will play Darlene, the ringleader of the Texan group of ladies. [TVLine]

• Will Forte, of 'Saturday Night Live' fame, will voice a regular role on the animated 'Allen Gregory.' The show follows a 7-year-old boy who enters elementary school. [Deadline]

In 2005, at the height of the satirical "Chuck Norris Facts" Internet phenomenon, the actor/martial arts expert put his house on the market. A friend of Wilmer Valderrama's happened to be the real estate agent.

"This is when like the Chuck Norris jokes were at its best," said Valderrama on 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!). "I have to see how this guy lives."

When they came to the home's gym room, "the only thing that was there in the center of the gym was a Total Gym surrounded by mirrors," he said.

Chelsea Handler laughed. "That is exactly what I would think!" Well, at least it seems the Total Gym spokesman really believes in the product. And not only did Valderrama get a good laugh out of the visit, he bought the property.

Wilmer Valderrama, former star of 'That '70s Show,' has inked a development and talent agreement with 20th Century FOX Television. According to Deadline Hollywood, the deal will allow Valderrama to star and executive produce at least one series for the studio.

The relationship between Wilmer and 20th TV goes back a few years. In 2008 he starred in a studio-developed comedy pilot entitled 'The Emancipation of Ernesto.' Last year, he teamed up with the studio once again as star and producer of a comedy project inspired by the life of Dog Whisperer Cesear Milan. Though these two series never left the pilot stage, 20th TV was impressed enough with Valderrama to solidify a deal.

This isn't the only agreement Valderrama has with a television studio. He is currently in an exclusive multi-year deal with RelativityREAL to develop and produce new shows. In addition to that, he's currently under contract with Walt Disney Television as the voice of the title character on Disney Channel's 'Handy Manny.'

Fox is looking to turn National Geographic's Cesar Millan, aka the Dog Whisperer, into a funny idea for a sitcom. And no, that's not the part they hope is funny.

The network is looking to cast That 70's Show's Wilmer Valderrama in the potential sitcom's title role, assuming it's called "The Dog Whisperer." Hung's co-executive producer Emily Kapnek will write the show's pilot.

If this gets to the air and becomes a wild success, just imagine the bar this could set for other reality show stars to get their own half-hour sitcom. Then again, try not to or your skull will cave in.

Since 'That 70's Show' went off the air, Wilmer Valderrama has been better known for his tabloid exploits than for his acting. Now it's time to find out if his bite can still live up to his bark in a new sitcom based on 'Dog Whisperer.'

According to Variety, Valderrama has been tapped by Fox to star in a new sitcom based on the National Geographic Channel series, which follows the adventures of canine guru Cesar Millan.

"This is the first script I've read that made me excited to come back to TV," said the actor about his latest project. The actor is Wilmer Valderrama; the project is a Fox comedy pilot called The Emancipation of Ernesto.

Wilmer, who is best-known from his eight seasons on That '70s Show -- a supporting player on the Fox mainstay -- will be front and center on this new one-hour, single camera comedy. He's Ernesto, and Ernesto is a quirky character.

The show is citing two 1979 films -- for starters -- as reminiscent of The Emancipation of Ernesto: Steve Martin's The Jerk, as well as Chauncey Gardiner, the Peter Seller's character in Being There. Why? Well, it's the Ernesto character.

MTV is hooking up with That '70s Show's Fez (Wilmer Valderrama) to develop a scripted comedy that takes a look at celebrity worship. The series, titled Baby Dolls, which will be filmed in documentary style, is told from the point of view of "a naive and jaded personal assistant to a young actress." Naive and jaded? So this person has a lack of experience, judgment or knowledge about the world but is hardworking and completely worn out by all the energy he or she puts into the job? Sounds like a job for Kenneth the Page from 30 Rock!

Or I guess Valderrama could play the role himself. He certainly played the role of "naive" to a T in That '70s Show and hasn't been doing much TV work outside of getting Punk'd by fellow '70s co-star Ashton Kutcher from time to time. Doesn't he know that there's a legion of Fez-natics out here just waiting for him to grace our screens again. Hell, keep it the same character ... Fez twenty years later working as a personal assistanta. "Would you like me to powder your breasts with my nose?"

In a highly publicized interview with Vanity Fair magazine, 19-year-old Lindsay Lohan admits she has experimented with drugs and suffered from bulimia. She says she's over the drug use, and she credits Saturday Night Live's Lorne Michaels with saving her from the bulimia. After Lohan hosted SNL back in May, she says Michaels staged an intervention to confront her about her eating disorder. Lohan says, when Michaels confronted her, she started bawling and right away admitted her problem. She blames the stress of newfound fame, her break-up with That 70s Show's Wilmer Valderrama, and the nightmare divorce of her parents for causing her to go off the deep end.

Wow. It's honestly very refreshing to hear a teen idol admit she had a problem, and to hear that Lorne Michaels, of all people, stepped in to help. During his years at SNL, Lorne has seen too many celebrities on a downward spiral, and it's just so nice to hear that he tries to help people stop their self-destructive behavior before it's too late. Maybe he should book Nicole Richie next.

Perhaps it's a move that will open up the 8 o'clock hour for American Idol during late February and early March, since FOX is airing the results shows for the semi-finals on Thursday nights. FOX is moving The O.C. to the 9 o'clock hour, from the 8 o'clock slot its held since the first season. That time slot is now open, thanks to the cancellation of Reunion. The move happens on January 12, when new episodes of The O.C. return. FOX's announcement also gives a hint of what's to come in the second half of this season on The O.C. Ryan, Summer, and Seth launch a plan to get Marissa back into Harbor in time for graduation. One of the upcoming episodes, called "The Safe Harbor", is a tribute to an episode of Beverly Hills 90210 where the gang fought to get Donna to graduate. Plus, there's that whole college thing that still needs to be figured out. Where will they all go so we can continue to watch The O.C.?

Sliding into The O.C.'s old time slot are back-to-back episodes of That 70s Show. At least, until Idol takes over.
