Miles Gets Jaclyn to Pose Naked (and More) on 'Work of Art' (VIDEO)

by Bob Sassone, posted Jul 29th 2010 4:01PM
Work of ArtNot sure if this is all for "art" or if it's just a guy who wants to talk a woman into getting naked and exploring her body on film, but this Miles guy is a genius (as he himself says)! On last night's 'Work of Art' (Wednesdays at 10PM ET on Bravo), Miles talked Jaclyn into posing naked for photographs and masturbating, which immediately got the attention of another male contestant, not to mention all non-gay male Bravo viewers across the country.

I'm not sure how you can have someone take pictures of you masturbating and still consider yourself a private person, but I'm not an artiste.

Bravo. Watch what happens!

Erik Can't Play Nice with Miles on 'Work of Art'Team Blue "had several problems," said one judge, in their challenge on 'Work of Art: The Next Great Artist' (Wed., 10PM ET on BRVO). But ultimately, it wasn't down to the structure they created; it was Erik, who lashed out at Miles.

"I respect the character you play. I think you're a tremendous actor -- I love the tortured artist thing," Erik told Miles sarcastically. "I'm not your [beep] helper ... You built another "homeless shelter."

Erik also said of Miles: "I've been around too much and been through too much to have some stuck-up art pussy tell me life lessons."

Later, no one could stand even being in the same room with Erik, telling him he didn't deserve to stay in the competition. Thanks to the judges' critique, their wish was granted and the artist was sent home.

A Defensive Artist on 'Work of Art' (VIDEO)

by Chris Harnick, posted Jun 10th 2010 10:30AM
Work of ArtOn 'Work of Art: The Next Great Artist' (Wed. 11PM ET on BRAVO), Nao got defensive when the judges criticized her portrait.

What constitutes art and its beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so we've been wondering how judging would go down on this show. All the artists have different backgrounds and different mediums that they work with. It seems we have our first instance of bickering.

Nao was tasked with making a portrait of Miles, but the judges didn't get her point of view or her staging of the piece. The judges traded criticism and barbs with Nao while inspecting the piece. "Sounds like you're being a little defensive," judge Jerry Saltz said.

"I'm not responsible for your experience of my work," Nao said.
