We love it when geek worlds collide, so the thought of seeing 'Community' star Danny Pudi (Abed!) on tonight's 'Chuck' has us all excited. But rumor has it Pudi isn't the only member of the Greendale study group stopping by the Buy More. Which other Human Being might we see hanging around in the background of 'Chuck vs. the Hack Off'?

'Chuck' Set Visit: Yvonne Strahovski and Carrie-Anne Moss Share Nudist Colony Intel (EXCLUSIVE CLIP)
by Laura Prudom, posted Dec 8th 2011 10:40AM
Today is a bittersweet day for loyal 'Chuck' fans, as the show wrapped its final night of filming just a few hours ago. But even though the cameras have stopped rolling, the Buy More lives on -- at least for nine more episodes, the first of which airs tomorrow night (Fri., Dec. 9, 8PM ET on NBC).AOL TV was on set for the filming of 'Chuck versus the Hack Off,' which was also the final episode of the series that Zachary Levi directed. It guest-stars 'Community' favorite Danny Pudi, 'Lost' alum Eric Lange and ass-kicking 'Matrix' heroine Carrie-Anne Moss, and judging by what we saw during our visit, it promises to be one of the show's most hilarious episodes yet.
We caught up with Moss and Yvonne Strahovski to get the scoop on why Chuck, Sarah and Gertrude find themselves infiltrating a cult; Levi's directing style; and what Strahovski was feeling as the show neared its end. We also have an exclusive -- and revealing -- preview of tomorrow night's episode, so read on for more.

EXCLUSIVE Season 5 Video Preview and Fond Thoughts about 'Chuck's' Final Run
by Maureen Ryan, posted Oct 27th 2011 9:30AM
The return of 'Chuck' (8PM Friday, NBC) is something to celebrate, but this fall's Nerd Herd party has a bittersweet quality, given that this is the last season of the show. When season 5 ends, we'll have to say goodbye to the Intersect, say sayonara to Jeffster and swear off John Casey's grunts forever. We'll get no more celebratory Comic-Con love-ins in which the cast and producers tease fans with intel on the next round of espionage antics. No more Castle, no more secret missions, no more touching nerd romances and bromances.
Wait, wait, don't leave! I didn't mean to bring you down. But facts must be faced. Now that we've done the hard part, let's get to the good stuff: In honor of 'Chuck's' Friday return, let's celebrate the things that are most enjoyable about the show's new season.
Zachary Levi Takes a Shift at a Chik-Fil-A Drive-Thru on 'The Tonight Show' (VIDEO)
by Jason Hughes, posted Oct 14th 2011 4:30AM
Zachary Levi was in training for a possible new gig once 'Chuck' is over. 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC) followed him as he suited up and got to work at the drive-thru of a local Chik-Fil-A.Levi was chipping in for charity, and had a lot of fun with the customers as the day progressed. Some of them knew him, which genuinely touched him as he appreciated their enthusiasm and excitement. Others seemed to have no idea who he was.
All they know was this tall guy was acting wacky and crazy. At one point, he told a customer that Chik-Fil-A had the freshest chicken, and then chastised a live chicken for wandering around in the drive-thru. It certainly looked like he was having fun, and bringing it to Chik-Fil-A's customers, too.
Emmys 2011: Lonely Island, Maya Rudolph & Ed Helms Will Perform
by Chris Harnick, posted Sep 18th 2011 11:01AM
Lonely Island will put its stamp on the Emmys.According to the Hollywood Reporter, Andy Samberg and his group Lonely Island, Maya Rudolph and Ed Helms will perform a musical medley during the 63rd annual ceremony.
Rudolph stars in NBC's new comedy 'Up All Night' -- her character sings! -- and Ed Helms' 'The Office' character is known for busting out into song at the drop of a hat. Lonely Island had three songs up for Emmys -- including '3-Way (The Golden Rule)' -- but lost out to Justin Timberlake's 'Saturday Night Live' monologue.
'Chuck' Season 5 First Look: New Cast Photos
by Maureen Ryan, posted Sep 7th 2011 10:20AM
One minor annoyance related to coverage of 'Chuck': The cast photos on NBC's press site for the show were put there three seasons ago. It's not a huge issue, obviously, but so much has happened on the spy dramedy since season 2. Morgan not only knows Chuck's spy secrets, he has the Intersect! Chuck and Sarah are not only in love, but married, for goodness' sake! Huge changes have occurred in the lives of our Buy More pals, yet the photos remained the same. That old shot of Chuck wearing a Buy More badge and a pocket protector just didn't look right when you'd go to grab an image for one of the show's game-changing season finales.
But that's all changed now. NBC just posted a swell new group of 'Chuck' portraits, and doesn't everybody look suave?
Comic-Con Q&A: 'Chuck' Panel Highlights & Cast Interviews on Final Season (VIDEO)
by Maureen Ryan, posted Jul 23rd 2011 7:40PM
Near the start of the 'Chuck' panel at Comic-Con, we learned that Mark Hamill will be guesting on the show, and the hourlong session ended in tears -- but they were the good kind.Star Zachary Levi got choked up on stage as he recalled the show's first Comic-Con panel and as he talked about all that fans had done to keep the show alive for five seasons.
"This show would not have been here without you guys," he said, before his emotions overcame him and he stopped talking. Fans took up the slack by cheering and clapping.
The panel began with a video of Jeffster playing 'Eye of the Tiger' as Gomez did a 'Rocky'-style workout. Morgan is the new Intersect, after all, and as Ryan McPartlin said in the video, the former Buy More nerd has to be "ripped" for the new season.
'Chuck' Star Zachary Levi Talks Nerd HQ: A More Intimate Alternative to Comic-Con
by Laura Prudom, posted Jul 20th 2011 6:40PM
Starting today, thousands of fans, celebrities, industry executives and journalists will make the annual pilgrimage to San Diego for Comic-Con International, a five-day festival of all that is geeky and fantastical. For some, it's a chance to meet their favorite TV and movie stars, for others, it's to test out the latest video games, while plenty go just to get their hands on the newest comics, merchandise and free swag from studios. What they'd all likely agree on, though, is that with over 120,000 attendees, Comic-Con can be more than a little overwhelming.
Enter Zachary Levi, star of NBC's 'Chuck' and holder of some indisputable geek credibility. Levi is right alongside Nathan Fillion and Joss Whedon in terms of commanding a loyal nerd army, eager to follow him from project to project. Having experienced Comic-Con as both an entertainer and a fan, Levi found himself wondering if he could do something to improve the San Diego experience for the people it was supposedly designed for -- to allow fans and the people that they're fans of to interact in a more intimate, low-key setting, while still enjoying the same mecca of merchandise, video games and comic books they've come to know and love from Comic-Con.
Thus, the Nerd HQ was born -- viva la Nerdolution!
'Chuck' Finale Set Visit: Will Chuck and Sarah Make It Down the Aisle?
by Laura Prudom, posted May 10th 2011 12:45PM
Though next week's 'Chuck' finale is titled 'Chuck vs. the Cliffhanger,' after last night's shocking episode, you'd be forgiven for wondering how much more cliffhang-y things could possibly get in Burbank. Our blushing bride and dashing groom were left facing an uncertain future at the episode's conclusion, and at this point, making it to the church on time is the least of our spy team's worries.
Last month, AOL TV was among a number of outlets invited to the 'Chuck' set to interview the cast as they filmed the finale.

'Chuck' Versus the Bachelor Party: Spies, Strippers & a Soiled Stretched Hummer
by Laura Prudom, posted May 2nd 2011 12:00PM
What happens in Vecas stays in Vecas. No, that isn't a typo; on tonight's 'Chuck' (8PM ET on NBC), titled 'Chuck Vs. Agent X,' Captain Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) throws our titular groom-to-be one hell of a bachelor party, and instead of going the clichéd weekend in Vegas route, Chuck (Zachary Levi) and his cohorts end up celebrating in the peaceful solitude of Las Vecas, a campground that, according to McPartlin, ends up being a little more reminiscent of 'Deliverance' than 'The Hangover'.
But while the guys are embroiled in spy shenanigans, blushing bride Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) has an equally action-packed encounter with "The Snakes of Toluca Lake" -- we have a feeling she'd rather be out in the woods. For more on Chuck and Sarah's unique bachelor/ette parties, join us after the jump. (Mild spoilers ahead!)
Lisa Lampanelli on Trump Roast: What is the Situation Famous For? (VIDEO)

"I was really happy," she admitted a few seconds later. "Because first of all, what is he famous for?"
Lampanelli went on to roast Sorrentino as well as Snooki. "She is so short and orange she works part time as a highway traffic cone."
Lopez Gives Zachary Levi a Customized Golf Cart (VIDEO)
by Aimee Deeken, posted Nov 30th 2010 8:15AM
Last time Zachary Levi appeared on 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS), he and the host compared the customized golf carts they drive around the studio lot. Levi had cart envy, noting that George Lopez's pimped-out wheels were "legendary" around there. Lopez offered to get Levi an upgrade -- and he kept his promise. During Levi's second visit to the show, 'Chuck' costar Yvonne Strahovski (who helped with the surprise) rolled out the new wheels, driving an all-black golf cart onto the stage.
"I paid for this myself, so please drive it," Lopez said. "It is all blacked out. It is murdered, as they call it." He hooked him up with a

by Kim Potts, posted Oct 18th 2010 1:00PM

It hasn't always been smooth sailing -- 'Chuck' fans have eaten a lot of Subway and shipped a lot of Nerds to NBC execs -- but the dramedy about the adorkable computer nerd-turned-spy guy and his family and friends is still alive and well in its fourth season, and with a still-devoted group of fans that tune in faithfully each Monday night (or at least set the DVR, check it out on Hulu.com, buy it from iTunes the next day ... you get the picture).
In the midst of another season that has been packed with action, romance, humor, fantastic celeb guest stars, including, in tonight's 'Chuck Versus the Couch Lock' (8PM ET, NBC), Eric Roberts, series co-creators Chris Fedak and Josh Schwartz, and Captain Awesome himself, Ryan McPartlin, chatted with AOL TV about all things 'Chuck,' past, present and future.
